This was by far the best restaurant I've been to! The waiter was amazing, I believe his name was Marco, such a lovely & kind person. The lovely hostess treated us like family. I cannot recommend this place enough. & the chef 🤌 what a handsome gentleman, he makes the best dishes in Montreal. This place deserves 3 Michelin stars! I cannot get enough of the antipasti, especially the peperonata. If i could leave 10 stars i Would.

A neighbourhood corner where the knowledgeable seem to be regulars, Osteria Gallo present its food with warm greetings, pride, decadence & layers of tasteful nuances in often deceptive simplicity thx to the high talents of its chef & the superbly high quality of handmade & hand picked ingredients.

From pasta full of flavors to layered delicious cheese on pizza, my friend & I had a memorable night there & have been craving to go back ever since.

Highly recommended. Bravo

We keep going back, love the food & ambiance, very chill place, just the right size, never gets too loud, & Franco is a great chef, very tasty food with classic italian ingredients.Very good thin Neapolitan style pizza, daily menu is rustic & old school, tastes like mammas cooking. Friendly staff & owners.

Nous sommes allés pour la 1re fois à ce restaurant samedi le 19 octobre 2024. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis. La nourriture était délicieuse (pizza, escalope de veau) de l'entrée au dessert. Nous vous le recommandons fortement & nous allons y retourner assurément. Félicitations & merci au chef & à sa dame ainsi qu'au serveur pour cette belle soirée. A bientôt!

July 6th, 2024 60th bday. Our first time at this restaurant, at first things you notice: clean, small, cosy. Family owned restaurant. They make food with pride, every dish was beautifully prepared & presented. If you are in a hurry don't eat here. If you want to enjoy the company you are with & eat authentic Italian food this is the place to be. We arrived at 6pm we drank, we laughed, we ate & before you know it, it was 11pm. Mille Grazie to Anna & the chef (her husband) Congratulations you are doing everything right!
