July 6th, 2024 60th bday. Our first time at this restaurant, at first things you notice: clean, small, cosy. Family owned restaurant. They make food with pride, every dish was beautifully prepared & presented. If you are in a hurry don't eat here. If you want to enjoy the company you are with & eat authentic Italian food this is the place to be. We arrived at 6pm we drank, we laughed, we ate & before you know it, it was 11pm. Mille Grazie to Anna & the chef (her husband) Congratulations you are doing everything right!
I went there with my partner to meet my sister & her partner. We shared the platter with a little bit of eveything on it the four of us, I had the gnocci with a sweeter white wine that was recommended goes well with it & cannoli with espresso for dessert. I really appreciated sitting next to the open floor to ceiling windows, the quality of the food & ingredients, as well as the portion sizes & the service. For me it was like being back in Italy for an evening.
Très déçue... service très bien, mais les pizzas n'étaient pas bonnes, plusieurs ingrédients manquants dont la mortadella ce qui me paraît étrange pour un restaurant italien... Ils ont remplacé les ingredients ce qui a donné des saveurs qui laissaient à désirer. De plus, la carte dessert comptait 3 options dont le tiramisu qui était lui aussi pas disponible. Je conseillerais d'éviter & d'aller ailleurs, pleins de bons choix aux alentours!
Went in just before 9pm with my girlfriend, & could not have asked for a better experience. The food was absolutely fantastic, & the bread that we had as our complimentary starter was the BEST bread I have had in Montreal. They were also extremely accommodating to me as an anglophone. The atmosphere was elegant & calm. There are not many seats in the restaurant, but with the small amount of seating, they more than make up for it amazing flavours. Would 10/10 recommend, as we will be back next time we are in town!
The food was amazing, we ordered two pizzas & a salad to share. The staff was very kind & even when we arrived late (almost closing time) they served us with a great smile. Great place to have dinner with some friends.
A family owned & operated restaurant. Beautiful terrace, excellent menu, wine selection is refined & affordable. This is our new favorite Italien restaurant in the area.

Honestly just wow ❤️ The perfect cute & a little bit chic-cozy atmosphere & decors gave that place a very nice charm! The food was amazing, both flavours, quantity & presentation! It's literally one of those gems you find in Montreal & will return multiples times to have a good time in family! Btw, that lemon gelato? Absolutely splendid.
Petit resto de quartier avec un personnel au grand coeur & une belle décoration. Les lumières dehors rajoute du cachet à l'endroit :) La nourriture était délicieuse & authentique de l'Italie. Les personnes au service était très chaleureuses & professionelles. J'ai appréciée ma soirée dans ce resto. Chapeau à toute l'équipe. Lâchez pas votre bon travail !

Superbe soirée! De l entrée au dessert en passant par le service, tout es excellent! Petit restaurant chaleureux, les fettuccini au champignon était très bon.
Mes amis & moi avons passé un excellent moment culinaire chez Osteria Gallo. Je recommande à tous ce petit resto de quartier. Accueil & service chaleureux. Menu varié. J'y ai dégusté la pizza margherita, faite sur place & qui se compare à celle qu'on peut savourer à Naples, à la fameuse pizzeria Starita, une institution gastronomique napolitaine.
Loved this restaurant. Met the owners as well. They are nice, honest & hardworking distinguished people. Such entrepreneurs are the pillars that have traditionally made Montreal a world class, cosmopolitan & colorful city. God bless 🙌 🙏
