ordered two shawarma platters w fattoush salad & one order of fries through uber eats. the extra fry order was missing; the extra tahini on both shawarmas was missing; the sauce that was on them was tahini not garlic; there were pickle, turnip & tomato garnish on one but not the other; & the salad had no dressing on it. very weird attempt at getting an order right. have had success at the st catherine location walking in off the street but yea this was terrible. gave two stars cause what was there was ok - though my partner had reservations about the chicken.

Osmow's Shawarma is hands down one of the best spots for shawarma! The chicken shawarma was perfectly seasoned, tender, & packed with flavor. The fresh toppings & garlic sauce added the perfect touch. The portions are generous, & the prices are reasonable, making it a great value. The staff is friendly, & the atmosphere is welcoming. If you're craving delicious Mediterranean food, Osmow's is the place to go!

Good food & clean before the high school students came in at lunch time. Those teenagers literally destroyed this clean & peaceful restaurant into a hell within an hour. Some took drinks without buying any food. Others stripped the balloons & played with them. Some even took the balloons away. For those that bought something, they didn't pick up their trash. After these youngsters left, new normal clients came in. Their reaction were so disgusted then here comes the bad reviews of cleanliness😢. That's rough for the staffs...especially when you see their despair & powerlesness. 🤕
