Look at the disgusting garbage area in the back before ordering.
They had visible rats, trash is everywhere for days now.
Obviously nobody cares about hygiene.

The food is great but this place smells like cleaner…better than it being dirty but not a great environment to eat in.
They also had CNN on max volume ..resulting in people having to shout their orders….maybe just turn it down?View more

Edit as of Dec 2024: service, portions & food have gotten much better. Just I would ask that the chicken for chicken on the rocks is further carved, since some pieces are too large. Beef is a hit or miss at times where some days, it's exceptional. Other days, it's a lot of fat & pieces that are harder to eat. The beef needs improvement. Original review: Had a bad experience with this new cashier that they hired. First, he didn't give me extra chicken despite me paying for it & the portions were less. He was more interested in my ancestry than actually serving me food. Unprofessional & disappointing. Will not be returning to this location.View more

ordered two shawarma platters w fattoush salad & one order of fries through uber eats. the extra fry order was missing; the extra tahini on both shawarmas was missing; the sauce that was on them was tahini not garlic; there were pickle, turnip & tomato garnish on one but not the other; & the salad had no dressing on it. very weird attempt at getting an order right. have had success at the st catherine location walking in off the street but yea this was terrible. gave two stars cause what was there was ok - though my partner had reservations about the chicken.View more

The fresh toppings & garlic sauce added the perfect touch. The portions are generous, & the prices are reasonable, making it a great value. The staff is friendly, & the atmosphere is welcoming.
