Très bon service. Les 3 personnes de notre groupe avaient pris les sushis à volonté. Les 2 premiers services (soupe & première série de sushi) ont été servis rapidement. Cependant, nous avons dû attendre 45-55 minutes pour notre 2e service. Nous sommes arrivés presque en retard pour le spectacle de 8h00 juste à côté (alors que notre réservation était à 5h45). Avoir su ce retard inattendu, nous aurions pris des repas à la carte puisque nous n'avons pas vraiment pu profiter du « à volonté ».

Nous avions réservé pour 17h00 en précisant que nous avions un spectacle à 19h00. Avec un restaurant situé juste à côté de la salle, nous pensions naïvement que l'organisation suivrait.

Après 1h30 d'attente - dans un restaurant loin d'être plein - nous avons finalement dû partir sans manger pour ne pas manquer le spectacle. Visiblement, notre contrainte horaire annoncée à la réservation n'a pas pesé très lourd.

Nous avons surtout constaté que les commandes à emporter semblaient bénéficier d'une attention plus soutenue que les clients attablés. Quant à l'excuse donnée - « nous ne nous attendions pas à ça » - elle laisse perplexe, puisque nous avions justement pris soin de prévenir.

S'il y avait un problème en cuisine, un simple aveu honnête aurait sans doute été plus apprécié. Nous ne nous attendions pas à un miracle, simplement à un minimum d'organisation - ou à défaut, de transparence.

Dommage pour l'emplacement idéal. Pour un dîner avant spectacle, nous ne retenterons pas l'expérience.
