I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Ose Sushi was disappointing enough that I feel it is important to share it. From the moment we arrived, the service felt disorganized & inattentive. We waited much longer than expected before being served, & it was difficult to get updates from the staff regarding our order.
Unfortunately, the food did not make up for the wait. Several items arrived late, some dishes were not at the proper temperature, & the overall quality was below what I expected for the prices being charged. The sushi lacked the freshness & flavor that I normally look for when dining at a sushi restaurant. Some rolls seemed hastily prepared, & the presentation was underwhelming.
What disappointed me most was the overall value for money. Given the reputation & prices of the restaurant, I expected a much better dining experience. Instead, I left feeling frustrated & unsatisfied. Mistakes & delays can happen in any restaurant, but good communication & customer service can make a big difference. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit.
I hope the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously & works on improving both service & consistency. Based on my visit, I cannot recommend Ose Sushi & would choose other sushi restaurants in the area before returning.
Very disappointing experience at Ose Sushi. The service was slow, & the food did not meet expectations. Several dishes arrived late, & the quality of the sushi was below what I would expect from a restaurant with such a reputation. Overall, the experience felt overpriced for the quality received. I will not be returning.

Malheureusement j'ai été très déçu de ces sushis… 75$ de sushis pour emporter pour une soirée en amoureux…. La qualité des aliments, de la confection & le goût n'y était pas… dommage…
Dimanche soir, un resto a moitié plein. Tellement long avant de recevoir ton choix de 3 sortes de sushi que quand le temps de la 2eme commande arrive la faim n'y est plus. C'est presque croire que c'est voulu que le service soit long. Nous avons demandé de l'eau a la serveuse car nos verres ont eu le temps de séché & au final nous avons demandé l'addition avant notre reservice d'eau. Merci mais plus pour nous.
Je fais rarement ça mais je crois qu'il est important de savoir, avant d'aller dépenser une bonne somme d'argent, à quoi s'attendre. Sushi à volonté : 20 minutes avant de recevoir nos soupes, le rouleau de printemps faisait la grosseur d'un sandwich Subway. On a voulu procéder à une commande de sushi, on s'est fait dire de patienter pour ne pas embourber la cuisine (nous étions 10 têtes dans le restaurant). Nos sushis étaient vraiment de mauvaise qualité : sushi pizza ressemblait à une giblotte couverte de miel, le nigri au saumon était plutôt un steak épais de poisson cru, un de nos maki's semblaient avoir était trempé dans le poivre noir, des rouleaux peu esthétique & de mauvais goût en général. On a rien commandé de plus. Il semblait y avoir une garderie à l'étage, le plafond tremblait des « boum-boum » À éviter.
Bien sûr, il faut comparer ce restaurant à d'autres restaurants de sushis à volonté. Nous y sommes allés un lundi pour mon anniversaire, & le service ainsi que la nourriture ont répondu à nos attentes. La soupe était délicieuse.
La variété de sushis est différente de celle des restaurants de sushis non à volonté, mais nos choix nous ont pleinement satisfaits. Nous avons passé une très belle soirée.
Comme nous n'avions plus faim, ils nous ont gentiment offert de repartir avec le gâteau d'anniversaire gratuit, une belle attention de la part du restaurant.
Il faut aussi savoir sortir de ses habitudes & oser essayer des plats différents, comme le sushi poutine que ma fille a particulièrement apprécié.
Très belle expérience chez Osé Sushi. Les sushis sont savoureux & bien présentés. La serveuse était incroyable, le service attentionné & l'ambiance agréable. J'y retournerais sans hésiter !
