Bonjour, le service laissait à désirer. Le serveur ne sert pas d'eau ni de vin. Il prend la commande de mon conjoint avant moi. Pas de sceau de glace pour le vin.

Le serveur n'apporte pas ce qu'on a a commandé. Nous commandons une table d'hôte avec le café inclus. Au dernier service, on nous apprend que la cafetière est brisée depuis un bon moment. On nous offre pas de compensation.
La nourriture était excellente.

It’s not the first visit to the Ose Sushi. Food always great. & service always was great. This time service was not as expected. I think it’s because of the shortage of workers. Hope it will back to normal. The rest as always great. We’ll definitely come back many more times.

le service laissait à désirer. Le serveur était distrait, nous avons dû demander plusieurs fois d'avoir de l'eau, il n'a pas demandé aux enfants s'ils souhaitent à boire. Erreur dans les factures. Dommage :(

Très bonne cuisine & bon service. La seule suggestion serait une table à langer dans les salles de bain . J’étais accompagné de mon bébé de 3 semaines & il n’y avait aucune place pour changer mon bébé … J’ai trouvé ca assez ordinaire.

On adore aller manger chez-vous mais j'avoue que lors de notre dernière visite nous avons vécu plusieurs déceptions. On était un groupe dont 2 personnes qui ne sont pas très sushis & votre offre au menu pour les non-initiés est toujours super intéressante. Pas de filet mignon, pas de canard, pas de Général Tao donc quelques personnes déçues. On nous offre un café, tout le monde opte pour un déca. On nous revient pour nous dire qu'il ne reste plus de filtre mais si on veut notre café on peut nous le servir mais il y a quelques graines dedans. On a choisit de laisser tomber le café aussi. Mais le service était parfait, sympathique, la nourriture choisie était excellente.

Nous sommes arrivés à 18 h pour notre réservation & avons commandé rapidement, mais avons été servis passé 18 h 45. Nous avons commandé le Spicy & nous avons reçu le Spider. On nous a dit qu'il n'y avait plus assez de temps pour recevoir le Spicy avant notre spectacle à 20 h. Ce serait pertinent de nommer les sushis en français pour réduire le risque d'erreur. Merci

Bonjour, on a reçu un service très lent & des erreurs dans les commandes. J'ai donner quand même un 4* car les serveurs étaient super fin & ils se sont repris en nous offrant des mayonnaises.
