These teas are absolutely delicious, everything tastes fresh & balanced (not too sweet, not too plain), & there were so many options to choose from. Also, the portions are huge - the small is easily as much as a large size from other stores. I ordered on doordash as a pick-me-up while I had the flu, but I'll be visiting in person for sure!

Was happy about this place. It was my #1 go-to for my GF & I, bought 2 teas almost every day for the past couple weeks. Always ordered no ice in them so we wouldn't get watered down teas. Then they "changed" their recipes & removed no-ice from Door Dash & all their menus. Super disappointed. EDIT: Changed to 4 stars since 1 star was probably too harsh. They're very responsive & left a nice note in my last order. I still enjoy no ice & all other places offer this no matter what, but One Babo has some of the best tasting tea so I can't help but come back. :)

They are one of the best bubble tea place in town! We order from them 2-4 times a month through Uber, we love their dragon fruit/citrus bubble tea & sakura sparkling lemonade. Anytime I write notes for delivery, they follow it to the letter. Tonight we had an issue with Uber, the driver took the wrong order & we couldn't talk to anyone at Uber. The shop called me directly, told me I could keep the order & to please verify if Uber could send a new driver for the correct order. No answer from Uber (although I did get a refund from them), & the shop was technically closed at the time. I called the shop back, explained the situation, & they offered to deliver my order themselves (I'm close by). The manager delivered my order himself. It's really great service! I'll definitely keep ordering from them. Thank you again to the shop employees! Your work doesn't go unnoticed ;)

J ai laissé 2 $ de pourboire & j ai attendu une demie heure avant d être servi pcqu'ils avaient oublié mon thé aux perles sur le comptoir. Ca fait cher 8$ pour un service lent surtout qu il y avait seulement une personne avant moi...
