"Food is by Chinese standards mediocre with an open mind. Average service. More of a bar than a restaurant. Deafening noise from next table since they yell at top of their lungs. Just a heads up if you're not into loud people. And'1 of 50 new best restaurants whatever' before its opening is just amusing and marketing strategy."
