Located in Quartier des Arts, OMMA is a charming and cozy restaurant that offers delicious Korean dishes from Chef-owner Mi-Kyum Kim. Her cooking reflects what her mom taught her while growing up, using only fresh ingredients (no MSG). Dining room is open. Please call us for pickup orders or delivery via DoorDash !
Omma is described as a small, cozy restaurant with a warm, authentic Korean vibe. A wide variety of dishes is praised, especially bibimbap, tofu dishes, stews with tofu and sweet potato vermicelli, and pajeon, with many noting the flavors are well balanced and could be shared among friends. The iced tea is described as fantastic. The atmosphere is often described as pleasant and charming, with a recommendation to call ahead for a table due to its small size. Service is praised as friendly and attentive in some reviews, while others mention timid or understated service. For many, Omma offers outstanding authenticity and some of Montreal's best Korean flavors, with comments about the tubu tuigim and the fresh ingredients in bibimbap. A few notes mention that the space can feel chilly and that a short wait or busy crowds are common, and one review points out a payment terminal issue. Overall, the reviews paint Omma as a beloved small spot with strong flavors, good value, and a consistently warm vibe that draws diners back, while acknowledging the intimate setting and occasional busy times.

Cute place, few tables & bar seats with warm decoration, service was good. Not too impressed by the food (beef bibimbap/seafood pa jun/beef yachae). Smaller portions than expected (sub-par portion of meat), banchan (side dishes like kimchi etc..) were not provided like other Korean restaurants, needs to be bought.
it was short trip stop but the bibimbap is the best dish they serve in whole Montréal. & trust me I have tried fair share of bibimbap's specially in Montréal. thank you for your food.
Seafood pancake was disappointing, burnt & tasteless. I've had better for less at other places. Bibimpab needed seasoning & barely had any meat, once again better for less elsewhere. My bourbon cocktail & my friend's soju yuzu cocktail were good though. Service was friendly but forgot my friend's appetizer. Decor is pretty, music is alright.

Often come here for work lunches, cozy spot with great service. Food is always fresh, they are attentive & helpful. Ordered for take away today, food is still fresh & delicious. The chicken wings are great!
