Our appetizer & cocktail was good, but we were so disappointed with our mains & the sangria that was ordered did not taste very yummy. We came here as one of our only nights out all year since we've had a hard year financially & we were excited to try multiple cocktails & dessert - but after a few bites of our main meal of ribs & Philly sandwich, the ribs made me feel sick & they were not yummy at all, it smelled like old meat. The sauce on the Philly sandwich tasted like lard, it was so gross that we sent it away & we left the restaurant. I couldn't help but cry because it was so disappointing & I have never sent food back in my life. All the waitress said was "I've never heard someone say that". She asked if it was burnt but I explained it just doesn't taste good & I don't want to eat it. The minimum that should be done in this situation is a small discount, but nothing was offered & we had to go eat another meal afterwards because we were still hungry. $118 was spent & it was an awful experience. The staff needs to be trained for better customer service & take their jobs with pride. The hostess on the way out didn't even lift her head up to say goodbye to us as we left - really felt the staff didn't care about their customers. I've worked restaurant before & I couldn't get over it.

The philly cheese sandwich was HORRIBLE. We could not finish it. Worst sandwich ever. Full of fat. Uneatable. Wilted lettuce. Hard bun. Take it off the menu. Wish I had asked for money back on philly cheese sandwich.
