Ça fait au moins 12 fois que l'on commande chez Omaki. Ce sont les meilleures sushi qu'on a eu à date, Laval & Montréal confondus. Meilleures que le fameux Tri. Le riz est excellent & il ne sert qu'à tenir l'intérieur. Ce n'est pas une bouché de riz avec un arrière goût de poisson. Le ratio est juste parfait. La pâte à tempura est unique.! A essayer absolument.

Pour l'instant le meilleur sushis que j'ai fait à Laval & Montréal. Le goût, la texture, la présentation. La proportion poisson riz est bien, on a pas une fine tranche de poisson sur du riz comme chez certains, la portion de poisson par rapport au riz est belle. Des fois il y a un peu d'attente mais ça vaut le coup.
