The food is mostly Indian & Pakistani, but they also offer options like pasta, salmon, & fried chicken. It is a relatively small buffet, but for the price, it was very good! The seating arrangements were nice & comfortable for our group as well.
I love this place! The food & environment are excellent, & the portions are huge with a delicious, home-cooked taste. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get.
The atmosphere is wonderful, & they have a very nice party/wedding hall that is perfect for special events. The entire team at Olympia Grille is incredible-the staff are so friendly & always at your service. What truly makes this place special is the owner, Abdul bhai. He is such a good gentleman who is always there, working hard to serve you better & better. He personally checks in to make sure everything is perfect.
As a bonus, the parking lot is big & free, with plenty of designated spots for people with disabilities, making it very accessible.
That level of care & hospitality makes this a 5-star experience! 🙂
Top-Tier Grill, Bottom-Tier Hospitality
?If you're heading to Olympia Grille in DDO, come for the food, but stay for the'selective seating' masterclass.
?We visited last night with the kids, hoping for a nice family dinner. The place was buzzing, but things got interesting when we asked for an empty corner table. The receptionist-who clearly runs the show-gave us the'reserved for a large party' line & shunted us elsewhere. Imagine my shock when that'large party' turned out to be just four white people.
?Apparently, at this establishment, four people are'larger' depending on the color of their skin.
?The Breakdown
?The Food: Credit where it's due-the grill is fantastic. The kitchen staff clearly knows what they're doing, even if the front of house is stuck in a different century.
?The'Receptionist Lady': She's mastered a very specific skill set. Between her newly polished French & her eagerness to suck up to white patrons, she's doing a lot of heavy lifting to make sure everyone knows who the'preferred' guests are.
?Parental Guidance: We want to teach new generation about dignity & self-worth. I don't recommend making kids spending their Saturday night watching a grown woman audition for'Most Improved Social Climber' by groveling to people based on race.
?Final Verdict: The food is worth the money, but the atmosphere is a bit too'colonial' for a modern family outing. We'll be sticking to takeout from now on. The souvlaki is delicious; the side of racial sycophancy? Not so much.
I would say overall the place is nice & clean. But there was a party going on next to our table in the room which was too loud. The food was fine.
Loved this is place! My first time going & it was for a friend's birthday party. The food was excellent, the reception room was gorgeous, & the staff was very efficient.
I have organized an Iftar for group of around 40 persons & they delivered a perfect buffet that was more than my expectations. Owner was standby throughout the party & the respect he gave to my guests was outstanding.
Food was delicious like always .Party halls are very private & specious .
they also provide place to offer prayers for Iftar parties.
