Fried chicken has always been one of Olivia’s favorite foods. In Korea, you can find the staple dish served practically at every street corner. People enjoy it as a meal or snack.
When Olivia and her family moved to Canada, she put her twist on traditional fried chicken recipes. The result is a light, non-oily Korean-inspired fried chicken that pairs exceptionally well with a variety of house dipping sauces.
No milk, eggs, butter, lard or buttermilk added, it’s also peanut-free!

Excellent service & bonne bouffe, surtout considérant le prix, très abordable. Évidemment on n'est pas dans la grande gastronomie mais c'est simple, frais, rapide. Skippez un Benny de temps en temps & choisissez Olivia :)

my disappointment with the service during my recent visit to Olivia Authentique Chicken. We waited over 40 minutes to receive our food, which is unacceptable. On top of the long wait, the bathrooms were not working, which made the experience even more frustrating & uncomfortable.
We get home & our 8 piece of chicken ONLY HAD DRUMSTICKS.
I usually expect much better service & organization, & this visit did not meet those expectations at all. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very unsatisfied this was our 3rd chance & was just as bad & the previous experiences. This chain is a no for us!

This place is very pretty & cute but the food was very disappointing. Ordered fried chicken with fries & both were very greasy & terrible.

I was really excited to try the fried chicken 🍗. It was very underwhelming, 80% was over cooked batter, hardly any chicken. Waited 20 mins for fresh portion.

Première visite & on a bien aimé. Le poulet est bon & bien croustillant, les frites sont bonnes & un peu croustillante. Le cuisinier nous a offert de goûter à la salade de macaronis je suis content car elle est super bonne & la salade de chou aussi.
Si on montre la facture au Puffs d'a côté on a 10% de rabais & vis versa.

Not as good as before. I feel they have went down in quality with the fried chicken. Besides that, the team is still good & the fries haven't changed.

Bon poulet croustillant mais forte odeur de friture avec table sale. Prix un peu cher pour du poulet croustillant avec plus de sauce que de poulet & le maïs a la margarine ordinaire. Le poulet par contre très bon .

On commande, mais, on ne mange pas là. C'est froid comme endroit. La nourriture est bonne, mais, est-ce que ça vaut le prix qui est un peu élevé. Le maïs sur beurre est du maïs en canne. On retourne? Je ne sais pas encore.

Un vrai Burger au poulet avec une panure & un croustillant qui frôle la perfection plusieurs choix de sauces aux goût de chaque service orpaire & les frite sorte avec une délicieuse & subtile panure & les prix sont très compétitif em plus .

I wasn't expecting to be blown away by chicken strips-but wow. These were next level.
The breading was golden, crisp, & perfectly seasoned-light enough not to overpower the chicken, but flavorful enough to stand on its own. You could actually hear the crunch with every bite. The chicken inside was incredibly tender & juicy, not dry or stringy like a lot of others I've had. You can tell they used quality meat, & that it was cooked with care.

Le seul point négatif est le temps de préparation, mais ça vaut amplement l'attente. Pfk peut faire faillite je vais pas pleurer!

On m'a fait goûter une nouvelle ajout sur le menu c'était un riz mélangé avec une sauce, très bonne, très réconfortante. Les épices étaient excellente! Mon endroit préféré pour le poulet!
