The worst fried chicken, burned with oil from a thousand years ago, should be inspected that place I don't think the oil you cook with is very suitable, I will definitely never go back there... I hope the owner sees this comment

I would like to share feedback regarding my recent experience at your restaurant. Unfortunately, my order took significantly longer than expected to be prepared, which was very disappointing.

In addition, I found the prices to be quite high compared to the overall experience. Most concerning, the chicken served did not seem fresh & was not enjoyable to eat.

I was expecting better quality & service based on your reputation. I hope you can look into these issues to improve future customer experiences.

we order chicken strips & it's taste so old. & has a weird texture. waste of money

I ordered 9 strips box, & it seems they were from last month. They were extremely old & no longer edible. Unfortunately, we had to throw them all away.

I considered returning them, but I was concerned they might be resold to someone else, so I decided to dispose of them instead.

This was our first & last order from them.

Ne perdez surtout pas le temps pour vous rendre là-bas. Ils ne répondent pas au téléphone & après 30 minutes de route, nous sommes arrivés & ils nous ont dit que le poulet frit n'était plus dans leur menu pourtant il est toujours sur le menu internet. Comment nous sommes sensés savoir qu'il n'y a plus de poulet frit si vous l'avez toujours sur votre menu internet ? En plus de ça c'est difficile de retrouver le coin car le restaurant est situé dans un autre restaurant mais l'enseigne est tellement petite qu'il est difficile de l'apercevoir. Nous avons donc deux restaurants en un seul mais avec des attentes pas satisfaisantes. N'y allez surtout pas.

Should have gone to kfc or A&w :( chicken was not crispy at all, the piece was like almost pink …
They didn't ask me what. I wanted in the sandwich, I would have requested some lettuce

It's a two in one, the Olivia chicken & a poke monster. I've order from Olivia chicken & the chicken had a weird chewy texture & an an after taste of chemical smell. They also don't have bathrooms. Staff were good but the restaurant itself & the food was really really bad. Unfortunately I would not come back there.
