This café was right on the corner of the hotel where we were staying, so we decided to give it a try. The first thing that caught our attention was that there was a line to get in, which made us think it must be a good place. Fortunately, the wait was quite quick; we waited around 20 minutes, & they also have several benches where you can sit comfortably while you wait.
The food & drinks were incredible, everything was delicious & very well prepared. We also loved the décor of the place, which has a very pleasant & cozy atmosphere.
The staff is very friendly.

This was literally the best breakfast I've ever had in my life. The panini was fantastic. I'm going to be in Montreal again in August for just one day & this will be the highlight of my trip. Also got some raisin toast, which was also wonderful.

Un quasi sans faute pour ce resto en plein centre du vieux Montréal où il n'est pas tjs simple de bien manger. Service agréable, accueil rapide & plats réussis. Le quartier étant hors de prix, ces tarifs se reflètent sur la carte où bien que réussis, les plats restent chers (tout comme à l'épicerie). Néanmoins, bonne chance pour trouver mieux dans le quartier.

Food is good. Service is good. The cuban sandwhich was very good. Only down is the price, 25$ for a panini is on the pricier side, including the grilled cheese.

The potato salad too is very good, again it's on the pricier side but overall the flavors were all very good.

Our concierge recommended olive & guourmando for a late breakfast brunch. It did NOT disappoint. My husband & I ordered the same thing.. Italian-ish baked egg. D E L I C I O U S & pretty too! We also purchased a few pastries on the way out. The almond croissant was once of the best I have ever tasted. Highly recommend.
