Sandwich délicieux, mais 33.25$ (taxes & pourboire inclus) pour un grilled cheese... Je comprends maintenant pourquoi je ne vais plus au restaurant depuis quelques mois. Je ne retournerai plus.
This is a great place for breakfast or lunch. The staff is friendly & helpful & the food they serve is excellent. However, the menu is limited & you may want to check online if it is to your taste before going.
I went for an early morning walk in Old Montreal before the sun reached the streets. On my way, I watched people rushing to the metro & a girl quietly photographing the empty city with frozen fingers. It made me slow down, breathe, & be in the present.
When I arrived at Olive & Gourmando, I ordered breakfast & sat by the window, watching the sunlight climb the stone buildings. The warmth of the food, the smell of fresh bread, & the gentle café sounds reminded me that every day is a gift-
& this café is a place where time truly stops for a few moments while you're there.

Olive & Gourmando ist ein kleiner Laden mit großem Herz. Die Atmosphäre ist warm, lebendig und trotzdem entspannt. Das Essen war richtig gut, frisch, kreativ und mit Liebe gemacht. Selbst einfache Gerichte schmecken dort, als hätte jemand extra für uns in der Küche gezaubert. Ein Ort, an den man gern zurückkommt, weil alles stimmt: Geschmack, Stimmung und dieses angenehme Montréal-Gefühl.

A take away breakfast.
The bread & pastries were so inviting, it was hard to choose. So we doubled our order.
Just had a very tasty lunch with my family at Olive & Gourmando. Cozy atmosphere with relaxing classic reggae playlist (today at least). Loved mu cappuccino & almond croissant. My daughter had mac & cheese & my wife a yummy Asian salad. All were top-notch! I'd highly recommend this spot.
Un retour après 10 ans! Toujours aussi sympa, c'est vraiment un lieu incontournable du Vieux Montréal. On y est allé un mercredi matin peu après l'ouverture, pas d'attente. On a dégusté croissant aux amandes & brioche au chocolat, accompagnés d'un excellent latté. C'était delicieux! Oui c'est un peu plus cher que la moyenne, mais l'expérience le vaut: l'ambiance cosi, l'emplacement, la qualité des produits & par dessus tout, l'excellent service courtois & souriant de Nico font qu'il ne passera pas un autre 10 ans avant qu'on y retourne!
