Authentic Turkish experience! The food was delicious & traditional, full of flavor & perfectly cooked. The evening show was a real surprise - a beautiful dancer, a great singer, & lively Arabic music that got everyone up & dancing. What amazed me most: not a single drop of alcohol, yet people were genuinely having fun, laughing, celebrating naturally. A joyful, family-friendly atmosphere & a true taste of Turkish culture. I'll definitely come back!
Spacious & beautifully decorated restaurant with delicious food & a warm, inviting atmosphere. The owner is absolutely lovely & makes you feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this place not only for a great meal, but also for hosting events & celebrations like birthdays, weddings, & more. They also have cozy private rooms perfect for more intimate gatherings
I recently visited Mardin Palace Restaurant, & unfortunately, my overall experience was not great.
Pros:
✅ The restaurant has good parking availability.
✅ The decor is beautiful, creating a nice ambiance.
Cons:
❌ The kitchen staff's noise was extremely loud & easily heard in the dining area, which made the atmosphere less enjoyable.
❌ I ordered the lentil soup as a starter, which was delicious. However, the main dish we ordered was the three-person platter, & it was very small for its price. The portion of rice, in particular, was not enough for three people. Compared to other Turkish restaurants, the portion sizes do not match the price, making it poor value for money.
❌ One of my friends visiting from Toronto does not speak French, but the waiters only spoke French, making communication difficult.
Overall, I would rate the restaurant three stars, but in terms of value for money & portion size, only two stars.
The food was beautifully seasoned & so delicious, & the presentation was amazing. The meat was juicy & came sizzling hot, so much so that I ate most of my plate before I took my picture. The staff was super friendly & attentive. I know they have special events with live music & activities in the weekends. I went midweek for a more quiet & cozy experience. Highly recommend, 5/5 stars!
We haven't had such & amazing experience like this in a long time in a restaurant!! Our server was just amazing, so sweet & attentive. The food was so flavorful & it's a beautiful place! We went around 7pm, it was not full because people come & eat later. It was perfect for us that like a zen moment lol We are already talking about coming back! 🩷

Absolutely amazing!!! Celebrated family birthday & everything was perfect! Raymond was very attentive, the band was fun & the dancer was very beautiful! Ambience was mesmerizing... very clean too! Staff took care of us & for a group of 20+... absolutely fantastic!
My colleague Mehtap & I just dined at Mardin Palace & had an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by Kerim Abay & his staff, who provided attentive & friendly service throughout the evening with the ambiance that invites you. Now, lets talk about the food. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavor & beautifully presented. I've honestly never given such a low review to a restaurant but I hope the owners take this review in a constructive light. I came in with another person & we ordered 1 filet mignon plate, 1 rib eye, 1 soup, 1 fatouch. Service: lacking, the waiter doesn't explain anything to you & when you ask he gives you minimal information & you barely hear him Food allergies: if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions avoid. I asked for no gluten in my plate & to omit the bread from the fatouch. There were small bread pieces at the bottom of the fatouch bowl which tells me they probably put the bread & then removed it. The rice also seems to have some sort of pasta in it? Salad: basically just tomatoes, & a bit of cucumbers on a soggy leaf of lettuce, the tomatoes were grainy & mushy, absolutely no salt used barely any seasoning Meat: my rib eye was good & tender, but it lacked salt Filet mignon was dry. They served tea at the end that was luke warm. It's a beautiful place with alot of potential but the food is severely lacking. The cost was 140$ tax in for the above

This is must visit restaurant with delicious food & amazing ambiance & it has very very large terrace with beautiful decor & green everywhere with music outside & high ceilings in & out of the restaurant & very clean really really nice & the food everything was delicious three private rooms every room nicer than the other & the bathrooms very clean too even music in it & I strongly recommend
I start with the location, parking in front of the building with a lot of space, inside when you walk in just woooov it's a unique & beautiful place with high sealing & music & the show, high end furniture & very comfortable, presentation just amazing, & the food really testy large portions & the price is affordable & the care service thank you Mardin palace I appreciate your service for our birthday presentation with definitely recommended to everyone

Visited this place for the first time, very beautiful hall which has a luxury interior design, lots of space to celebrate a wedding for example....
Food is delicious, music is pleasant. Definitely will go again !!!
I was planning to come in this place many times but pandemics stop us & finely we made it last night & I have one word to say, woooooow great service & good time delicious food amazing ambiance & beautiful presentation & I think I find a place to dining in every weekend I also planning to reserve for new year's night,, I m strongly recommend this place,, thank you everyone.
