Celebrated my daughter's sweet 16 there last night. Owner was very accommodating when we had to add people to our table last minute. Servers were very cordial & accommodating to all allergy needs. Food was ample & delicious. (I was nervous there might not be enough as I read previous comments). This was not the case at all. There was so much left over the staff was nice enough to pack it up so we can take it home. Honestly, we all had a great time, the entertainment was just that. True entertainment! The singer made everyone participate & was very engaging. Could have asked for a better night & outcome. Can't wait for our next event to go there again☺?

Nous y sommes allés pendant le Ramadan, ce qui rendait l'ambiance très calme, mais c'était tellement agréable. Je retournerai sans aucun doute !

Les plats étaient bons, l'ambiance agréable, par contre il n'y avait pas du tout de sauces d'accompagnement & la portion de riz était minuscule par rapport au combo choisit pour 3 personnes.

I recently visited Mardin Palace Restaurant, & unfortunately, my overall experience was not great.
Pros:
✅ The restaurant has good parking availability.
✅ The decor is beautiful, creating a nice ambiance.
Cons:
❌ The kitchen staff's noise was extremely loud & easily heard in the dining area, which made the atmosphere less enjoyable.
❌ I ordered the lentil soup as a starter, which was delicious. However, the main dish we ordered was the three-person platter, & it was very small for its price. The portion of rice, in particular, was not enough for three people. Compared to other Turkish restaurants, the portion sizes do not match the price, making it poor value for money.
❌ One of my friends visiting from Toronto does not speak French, but the waiters only spoke French, making communication difficult.
Overall, I would rate the restaurant three stars, but in terms of value for money & portion size, only two stars.
Went during a weekday, the restaurant was very quiet (hence the 3 for atmosphere).
Had the platter for 2 & a soup, the food was pretty good, maybe a bit too expensive, but good none the less.
Service was okay, I got a weird vibe from the waiter, but overall decent.
The food was beautifully seasoned & so delicious, & the presentation was amazing. The meat was juicy & came sizzling hot, so much so that I ate most of my plate before I took my picture. The staff was super friendly & attentive. I know they have special events with live music & activities in the weekends. I went midweek for a more quiet & cozy experience. Highly recommend, 5/5 stars!

Je viens de fêter mon anniversaire, l'ambiance & le service était impeccable , ils savent bien prendre soin de leurs clients & mettre les gens à l'aise .
