J'ai rarement vécu une expérience aussi agréable dans un restaurant. Dès que tu entres, tu remarques tout de suite le soin dans le décor : lumières chaudes, ambiance orientale élégante, musique douce & une atmosphère qui te transporte directement en Turquie. C'est raffiné, chaleureux, & on s'y sent bien tout de suite.
Le service est exceptionnel. Le personnel t'accueille avec le sourire, prend le temps de bien t'expliquer les plats, & reste disponible sans jamais être envahissant. L'attention aux détails est remarquable : verre toujours rempli, timing parfait entre les plats & une vraie envie de te faire passer un bon moment.
& parlons de la nourriture. C'est tout simplement incroyable. Le pain chaud qui arrive à table est à tomber : croustillant dehors, moelleux dedans. Les entrées sont savoureuses, fraîches & parfaitement assaisonnées. Les viandes sont tendres, juteuses, grillées à la perfection avec ce parfum authentique du charbon & des épices turques. Rien n'est lourd ou trop gras, mais chaque bouchée a du goût & de la personnalité. Les portions sont généreuses & on repart rassasié & heureux.
Même les desserts & le thé turc viennent compléter l'expérience avec finesse. On sent qu'ici, tout est fait pour que tu repartes satisfait & que tu aies envie de revenir.
En résumé, Mardin Palace est un sans-faute. Ambiance chaleureuse, service attentionné, cuisine exceptionnelle. Idéal autant pour un souper romantique que pour une soirée entre amis ou en famille. C'est le genre d'endroit où tu ressors avec le sourire en te disant que tu reviendras, sans hésiter.

I went to Mardin Palace & honestly everything was perfect. The food was delicious, the decor is stunning, & the service was excellent. They got me everything I asked for & made sure I was happy the whole time. Even the owner came over at the end to shake my hand & thank me personally. You can tell they really care about their customers. I'll definitely be going back.
Spacious & beautifully decorated restaurant with delicious food & a warm, inviting atmosphere. The owner is absolutely lovely & makes you feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this place not only for a great meal, but also for hosting events & celebrations like birthdays, weddings, & more. They also have cozy private rooms perfect for more intimate gatherings
We really liked the vibes of this restaurant, the decorations were phenomenal & the service was fast till the checkout we waited 30 minutes till a waiter pull up & five the takeout boxes & the bill. Now the taste was good for some part however the filet mignon was the worst very hard to chew we spitted it at the end. Finally the price was extremely expensive. I would say it was a one time experience for my whole family.
I recently visited Mardin Palace Restaurant, & unfortunately, my overall experience was not great.
Pros:
✅ The restaurant has good parking availability.
✅ The decor is beautiful, creating a nice ambiance.
Cons:
❌ The kitchen staff's noise was extremely loud & easily heard in the dining area, which made the atmosphere less enjoyable.
❌ I ordered the lentil soup as a starter, which was delicious. However, the main dish we ordered was the three-person platter, & it was very small for its price. The portion of rice, in particular, was not enough for three people. Compared to other Turkish restaurants, the portion sizes do not match the price, making it poor value for money.
❌ One of my friends visiting from Toronto does not speak French, but the waiters only spoke French, making communication difficult.
Overall, I would rate the restaurant three stars, but in terms of value for money & portion size, only two stars.
Restaurant magnifique avec super belle ambiance le menu est très bon l'endroit est super propre le spectacle était merveilleux sans parler du décor & le design qui est super fancy☺️merci pour l'excellence.
On sortait du céramic Café chercher nos oeuvres car elles étaient cuites & on avait faim ! On est passé devant ce restaurant & nous avons décidé d'y aller! C'était une table d'hôte! La nourriture était vraiment bonne, l'ambiance & le décor aussi! Chanteur live, danseuse de baladi, c'était top! Notre seul bémol: c'était rempli donc au niveaux du service il y a eu des cafouillages! On a été oublier plusieurs fois! Difficile d'avoir notre serveur!
