we went there for a birthday with no reservations. they found us a table even tho it wasn't really empty in there. great service nice staff amazing food. all round a 5 stars experience .

We planned my mother-in-law's surprise 60th birthday here & it was a great experience. We were a group of 24 people & the staff was very helpful & accommodating. We had a great time singing along with the entertainer & dancing with the belly dancer. The food was great & the service was wonderful. Would highly recommend.
What an amazing experience we had for my birthday party. Everything was perfect. The staff was amazing. The owner a great host. I totally recommend Mardin palace. Thanks Raymond for this great evening.
Spacious & beautifully decorated restaurant with delicious food & a warm, inviting atmosphere. The owner is absolutely lovely & makes you feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this place not only for a great meal, but also for hosting events & celebrations like birthdays, weddings, & more. They also have cozy private rooms perfect for more intimate gatherings
Disappointed..went for a birthday celebration because of live music but they seated us a to side room that looked like a fast food restaurant because we didn't get the overpriced fixed menu to see the live music in the main room. Bad service..constantly have to tell the waiter what to do. Food just average & very expensive. Not too many Turkish food choices. It is more like arabic or labenese. Don't waster your money here .

Fresh food, amazing service, the owner took care of my son's birthday personally. We couldn't ask for a better birthday celebration! We will be back for sure! The food is fresh, fattouch is 5 star, the mouhamara was amazing, theeat tender & fresh. A must try!!
Amazing place with great food & very nice ambiance , the staff & owner are extremely kind & welcoming, my family invited me to celebrate my birthday, but the staff took it to another level 10/10 recommended !
We celebrated my daughter's 30th birthday at Mardin Palace & we were very satisfied witth the service & the entertainment & the food was delicious ! I definitely recommend it

Went in the evening with my husband for his birthday last night, very happy with the service & the food We got the platter for 2 which had more than enough food for us to be filled up! The meat was tender & well cooked, salad & bulgur was really tasty & flavorful We were too full to take the knafeh but we will definitely come back to try it another time! Only thing is the little disco lights at the entrance makes the place look a bit more tacky & less medium formal dine in, but I guess thats just my preference!
Absolutely amazing!!! Celebrated family birthday & everything was perfect! Raymond was very attentive, the band was fun & the dancer was very beautiful! Ambience was mesmerizing... very clean too! Staff took care of us & for a group of 20+... absolutely fantastic!
If we could describe this place in 1 word it would be Phenomenal. It was our producer's birthday, so we brought him out for lunch. The restaurant actually looks like a palace. The decor is stunning. We get greeted & served by men in suits, talk about a fancy outing. The menu has an extensive list of grill & seafood dishes. The food was served in an appetizing display. Very generous with the amount of food, most of us could not finish the food. We were then served Turkish tea & given wet naps to clean our hands. The waiter will pass with a small broom to pick up the crumbs, something which caught us by surprise & Totally added to the experience of elegance. I really don't recommend this restaurant! We have never encountered such a horrible & disrespectful owner. If you want to spend a good time, you better go to a better place, less expensive & with a much better customer service. I have booked for my dad's 80th Birthday in advance for 9 people online & I also called to confirm our reservation with kids. When we got there, the owner started to complain to the waiters in front of us about the kids. Then, he came to our table to let us know that kids are not usually welcome on Saturday because at night time they have music & belly dancing. Bare in mind it was barely 6 pm & there was a lot of tables with kids around us. Nothing on their website hinted to no kids on Saturday either. What a crappy, unprofessional attitude! What a bad experience! The owner didn't shy showing us that we're unwelcome, we didn't shy showing him our disdain & left right away. If you need to celebrate a birthday, don't even waist your time booking with them. There's an endless list of respectable, well renowned restaurants to chose from, don't even bother! ***He add on the webpage No kids on Saturday few hours after we left in red Color under reservation options*** Where you can clearly see most of the videos on the FB page with some kids different age group. Again there is ways to speak horrible unprofessional costumer approche!
I start with the location, parking in front of the building with a lot of space, inside when you walk in just woooov it's a unique & beautiful place with high sealing & music & the show, high end furniture & very comfortable, presentation just amazing, & the food really testy large portions & the price is affordable & the care service thank you Mardin palace I appreciate your service for our birthday presentation with definitely recommended to everyone
