J'y suis alléee pour la première fois pour mon anniversaire. C'était super bien, j'ai beaucoup aimé les brochettes de poulet & les entrées, la déco est jolie & rappelle la ville turque de Mardin. De plus, on entendait des chansons turques connues, moi qui va souvent à Istanbul, j'étais bien contente. Les serveurs sont très attentifs & serviables.
Je reviendrai c'est sûr.
La nourriture est bonne, les portion pour le prix sont terrible. Le serveur on ne comprenais rien, jamais venu nous voir si tout allez bien. & en plus il m'a passer la machine & à cliquer sur le bouton du tip en pourcentage. Je n'ai pas apprécié. Je travail aussi dans un restaurant & c'est le choix du client de faire ce qu'il veux. En plus il arrêter pas de regarder en dessus de moi quand j'avais la machine. Je me suis senti inconfortable. Le tip & optionnel selon le service qu'on a reçu, il faut pas oublier ça.
I really don't recommend this restaurant! We have never encountered such a horrible & disrespectful owner. If you want to spend a good time, you better go to a better place, less expensive & with a much better customer service. I have booked for my dad's 80th Birthday in advance for 9 people online & I also called to confirm our reservation with kids. When we got there, the owner started to complain to the waiters in front of us about the kids. Then, he came to our table to let us know that kids are not usually welcome on Saturday because at night time they have music & belly dancing. Bare in mind it was barely 6 pm & there was a lot of tables with kids around us. Nothing on their website hinted to no kids on Saturday either. What a crappy, unprofessional attitude! What a bad experience! The owner didn't shy showing us that we're unwelcome, we didn't shy showing him our disdain & left right away. If you need to celebrate a birthday, don't even waist your time booking with them. There's an endless list of respectable, well renowned restaurants to chose from, don't even bother! ***He add on the webpage No kids on Saturday few hours after we left in red Color under reservation options*** Where you can clearly see most of the videos on the FB page with some kids different age group. Again there is ways to speak horrible unprofessional costumer approche!
Mardin palace est #1 dans tout à mon avis. Nourriture est fraîche & vraiment délicieuse, portions sont généreuses. Service est impeccable Restaurant très propre. Proprio très amical, professionnel & attentionné ainsi que les serveurs. Je recommande à absolument l'essayer vous allez l'adopter.
Nous étions dans le restaurant de Mardin palace un samedi soir pour un anniversaire & j'étais plus que surprise du service de la qualité de la présentation sur la table de l'ambiance de danse du chanteur ainsi que la danseuse la nourriture était excellente juste par la présentation j'avais le souffle coupé je voudrais remercier le propriétaire de ce beau restaurant de nous avoir donné la chance d'avoir été présent toute la famille sans commentaire négatifs merci beaucoup & à la prochaine
