From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by Kerim Abay & his staff, who provided attentive & friendly service throughout the evening with the ambiance that invites you. Now, lets talk about the food. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavor & beautifully presented. The food taste was amazing but the quantity is way less than last year summer, especially the size of kebab. I hope the restaurant managment bring back the same quantities as last year & stop using the metal dishes as its not appropriate for restaurant like Mardin. Also the food preparation took around 40 - 45 mints until we got it. I believe thats too long. But the restaurant is amazing & this review as an advise to improve.
I've honestly never given such a low review to a restaurant but I hope the owners take this review in a constructive light. I came in with another person & we ordered 1 filet mignon plate, 1 rib eye, 1 soup, 1 fatouch. Service: lacking, the waiter doesn't explain anything to you & when you ask he gives you minimal information & you barely hear him Food allergies: if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions avoid. I asked for no gluten in my plate & to omit the bread from the fatouch. There were small bread pieces at the bottom of the fatouch bowl which tells me they probably put the bread & then removed it. The rice also seems to have some sort of pasta in it? Salad: basically just tomatoes, & a bit of cucumbers on a soggy leaf of lettuce, the tomatoes were grainy & mushy, absolutely no salt used barely any seasoning Meat: my rib eye was good & tender, but it lacked salt Filet mignon was dry. They served tea at the end that was luke warm. It's a beautiful place with alot of potential but the food is severely lacking. The cost was 140$ tax in for the above

Had a blast dining at Madrin Palace! The vibe was cozy, & the food? Absolutely amazing. I went for the MARDIN SIGNATURE, & let me tell you, that Kebab Adana was perfection on a plate - so flavorful & juicy. We also tried the feuilles de vignes, & they did not disappoint. But the coolest part? They served us dates, olives, bread, & some tasty sauces to break our fast, which was such a thoughtful touch. Really made us feel welcome & taken care of. Madrin Palace is the spot for great eats & even better vibes. Can't wait to go back!
Location d'une salle, service impeccable! pour 20 personnes nous avons attendu 10min puis tout le monde avait son assiette. Musique à fond! Une cuisine très bonne!
