J'ai aimé la nourriture, le plat que j'ai choisi, la viande était très tendre & juteuse, j'ai aussi mangé une soupe au poulet & elle était très délicieuse, elle a un bon goût & leur service est très bon 😊.
go inside at 6PM, the resto was empty, the service was very good, the waiter was very kind, I order a soup with one apetizer, they all came at the same time, the main course was cold from the begining, I thought it was a bit expensive for what they offered us

Bonne ambiance, bonne nourriture, par contre les quantités dans les plats étaient trop petite, on a pris un plat pour 4 personnes, le cout de facture 197.00$ on en avait pour à peine pour 3 personnes. On peut dire qu'on ait resté un peu sur notre fain pour une facture , j'ai oublier excellent dessert. Le café n'était disponible machine à café brisée.
Very good food with authentic flavors. The grilles are especially excellent. The staff are friendly & welcoming, hygiene is good, & the service is good overall. The place has a nice atmosphere, & the live music program on weekends adds a great vibe. A nice place I recommend.
I liked the place as restaurant but i have some comments about the kebab which is medium rear cocked & the shish taouk which is dry,the bread was good,aubergine was good,hommus is liquid need more tahina.

When I entered the restaurant, the server saw me but didn't acknowledge so I had to seat myself. That's fine, but I waited for some time & realized no one is coming to take the order so I had to get up & go to the server to ask for a menu. He apologized & said that he didn't realize I was a client. I thought no big deal. It happens.
The worst part was the payment. Once I was done eating, I asked for the bill. He brought the payment terminal, showed me the amount before I could tap my card. I selected'No tip' & was about to tap my card, but he stopped me, restarted the transaction, & SELECTED 18% TIP on his own right in front of me, & asked me to pay. I refused & he asked me why I don't want to tip. It doesn't matter why. Tips are optional. This is extortion, & I won't be recommending this place. Search the reviews & you'll see many others had similar experience.
The food was good, hence I'm not giving it 1 star.

The food is outstanding - fresh, flavorful, & clearly prepared with care. The grilled meats are perfectly cooked, tender, & well-seasoned, & the portions are generous. The appetizers are just as impressive, especially the mezes, which are full of traditional flavors. Everything tastes homemade & high quality.
The service deserves special mention. The staff are attentive, friendly, & always happy to explain the menu or make recommendations. Orders arrive on time, & the overall experience feels relaxed & enjoyable.
Whether you're dining with family, friends, or hosting a small gathering, Mardin Palace is an excellent choice. Consistently delicious food, great service, & fair prices make this restaurant one of the best in Laval. Highly recommended!
Excellente soirée passé ce samedi avec la star Mourad Bouriqui on s'est envolé avec sa voix magique talentueuse ainsi que ces belles chansons orientales & marocaines , la nourriture manquait des petites entrées que d'habitude mais avec l'ambiance c'était impeccable .
The food was soooo finger licking good, & soooo much we couldn't finish the last bowl of rice.... The chicken was so tasty & tender, the adana kebab was awsome, a personal recommendation, try this mix
Also the cosy ambience & welcoming employees was the best....

Nous avons passé un moment absolument incroyable ! Nous avons organisé le party de notre entreprise pendant les fêtes, du début à la fin, a été exceptionnelle. Le propriétaire & le serveur étaient tous les deux parfaits ! Nous avons dansé toute la nuit & avons passé une soirée inoubliable !

J'ai fêté l'anniversaire de ma copine avant-hier & c'était vraiment parfait. La salle était magnifique, le serveur très accueillant & la nourriture délicieuse. L'ambiance était chaleureuse & nous avons passé un excellent moment. Je recommande vivement !
