"Fabulous food! I dined with my partner and we had the steamed dumplings, beef tartare and fried rice with chicken. What soured the experience was the attitude of the waitress. When paying the bill we paid in cash and put a $9 tip on a $124 bill. She took the cash, counted it at the reception then came back and said that she may have been mistaken..."
