From the time they had their 1st location on Prince Arthur it's always been a delight to support Nous Sommes. Their Lemon or Grapefruit -ades (syrup x soda) are house made & delicious. More than a coffee shop they'll make a lemon-ade x matcha, a strawberry latte x matcha, an artisanal PSL 🎃, great hojichas & the list goes on! I really recommend treating yourself to their special Coffee Einspanner. They make the cookies & Madeleine's themself, all of which are very delicious & not overly sugary. This location is very well situated between Square Victoria OACI & Place d'Armes métro. It's a very different look than the Prince Arthur location & I think the more industrial feel is still welcoming, especially with the private upstairs space.
I ordered a pour over, & was really disappointed. First, it was $7 so my expectations were pretty high. They have two machines, they started the bloom phase with one of them & the machine didn't continue the brewing process. They then switched to the other machine & I believe they ran a second bloom on the same coffee bed. I asked to see the coffee bag, I saw that the coffee was roasted in August. Knowing that we are currently in late November, that coffee was getting stale. I must add though that the staff was really gentle. But I wouldn't recommend paying this much for a stale coffee.

Great little spot for a quick grab-&-go coffee! Surprisingly spacious with plenty of seating options, including a cozy balcony just steps up . The coffee & espresso are solid, with smooth, rich flavors that hit the spot. Perfect for a quick break or to sit & unwind for a bit. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Better location that the other location up north. Spacious, two floors, plenty of drink options, clean & staff are really nice. I ordered the decaf latte. Was really good. Spaces to work, wifi, plugs, all that.
We stopped by Nous Sommes Café x Votta today to duck in out of the rain & had the most wonderful hot chocolate & matcha latte! But, what was even more wonderful was the service - our barista Zack was so warm & welcoming to us, greeting us with a beaming smile & making the most exquisite hot drinks for us. Thank you Zack for such a wonderful visit & experience today! ☕️✨

Clean, simple, & welcoming environment. They only had one staff member on the floor but the line moved fast. Got the expresso & was on the strong & bold flavouring with a hint of sourness to it. They also sold socks as a merch item. Modern store design & is a nice place for a visit if you are in the area.
I came here for a much needed charging & coffee break in downtown Montreal. This place was easy to find & had a clean restroom. The environment was nice & clean, & the drinks & pastry items were good. There were a row of seats along with a few charging outlets on the second floor. I got the einspanner latte for ~$6. The cream was rich & creamy, while the espresso gave me the mid afternoon boost that I needed.
