"This place is wonderful. The noodles are incredible, watching the dough be stretched and formed is a beautiful art. The broth is absolutely perfection. The seating and atmosphere are kind of fun, with a light family dining style. It's not a relaxing atmosphere per se, but it's fun. The staff is absolutely lovely and the service is incredibly fast."
