It was my first time visiting on a Saturday night, but I'll stick to weekday mornings from now on.

?As a fellow server, I completely understand how overwhelming it gets when it's busy & you're working alone. However, the restaurant was full of dirty tables & unwashed dishes. At the very least, our table should have been wiped down & served cold water.

?When you told us there were no soup spoons left, I offered to wash one myself if you could give me some dish soap-but you didn't have any of that either! We ended up having to eat with plastic takeout spoons.

?To top it off, you automatically removed your own tip when my wife paid the bill, though we still left you one. I know the food industry isn't easy, but I believe you can do better.

Délicieuses nouilles fraîches offertes en soupe ou en sauté avec une grande variété de garnitures. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour les portions. J'irais plus souvent s'il était possible d'ajouter du tofu ou une autre source de protéines aux options végétariennes qui pour le moment sont seulement aux légumes.

So came across this place in Laval, Kung Fu Noodles...not a very big place, but big enough to hold maybe 50 seated customers. They have different types of hand pulled noodles that are made fresh. You can actually see them stretching out the dough to make the noodles...so you know it's fresh! They recommended the triple-fine noodle...but we found that too be a bit too thick for us...next time I'd probably go for a thinner noodle (extra-fine?) . While the noodles were fresh, the soup itself was so-so...it really didn't have much flavour to it. Felt kinda'boring'. The spicy cucumber entree was good, but could've been more spicy for me....it was just kinda tangy rather than spicy.
Service was good, but they prefer you order by scanning a QR code on your phone. What I did like is the awesome music they were playing, & the fact that they have 3 well positioned TV screens that let you watch the game...

Enjoyed eating here. Close to home depot & Laval aquatic center. I ordered the Dan Dan noodles & the Lanzhou house beef entrée.

Both came quickly & the food was excellent. My only personal opinion is that I prefer my Dan Dan noodles with a more soup/gravy consistency but that's more personal taste & region-specific. The noodles were nicely cooked, good texture, two different types. The spices & flavour were great

Service was friendly & fast. The restaurant has a fast food diner vibe with lots of kpop music

When we came in I thought it was cafeteria style..order first then sit down

But actually it's not..we went to counter first to order but asked the staff

Then we back tô tables to find a seat 🥲😝 anyways ..then came to get our order later

We got the popular dish with braised beef meat & triple fine noodles to accommodate the soup & Japanese sweet potatoes French fries 🍟 (it was ok too not salted plain taste but with mayo dip)

The noodles itself was sufficient but bok choy 🥬 they gave too little..skinny small ones like 3x pieces (wished it was 2x big chunks like they show ?n menu)

The flavor isn't all there it could be improved by adding more so we can taste it joyfully but overall just alright for a quick bite

Parking 🅿? spots in front of resto but only for 20 min time limit so we parked à bit farther at back where winners is etc

Excellente soupe. Système de commande à la table en code qr. Point à améliorer: communication difficile en français avec la serveuse. Je suis bilingue, mais j aime bien communiquer en français. merci.
