Lanzhou Lamian, also known as Lanzhou Hand-Pulled Noodles, is a type of Chinese noodle dish that originated in Lanzhou, the capital city of Gansu province in China. It is a popular street food in China and can be found in many Chinese restaurants around the world.
The process of making Lanzhou Lamian is an art form in itself. The dough is made from wheat flour, water, and sometimes eggs. The dough is then hand-pulled, stretched, and folded in a specific way to create the thin, chewy noodles. The noodles are then boiled and served in a clear soup broth, which is made from beef bones, spices, and herbs. Thinly sliced beef, green onions, and cilantro are often added as toppings.
Overall, Nouilles KungFu earns high marks for fresh, handmade noodles and flavorful broths, with generous portions and friendly, efficient service. Reviewers highlight watching the noodles being made in the open kitchen, the variety of bowls from pork and beef soups to spicy options, and the strong value offered. A few notes include occasional waits during busy times and a lively atmosphere, but the experience is described as authentic, comforting, and highly recommendable.
Great noodle soups, at a fair price too. You can customize the noodle type, which is nice, & they're made on the spot. Unfortunately, the place was very cold, like if they're trying to save on the heating cost.

MEILLEUR RESTAURANT 🤤😋
Lovely little place. Pretty crowdy & I understand why! Food is purely amazing & service is great. We can see the making of the noodles from the window showing the kitchen. I absolutely love this place & will come back
Wow!!

Great experience.
Food was amazing, its made fresh on the spot.
The employees are eating the restaurant food which is a great sign. Not too long of a wait. Gorgeous color.
My only minus I absolutely despise using my phone as a menu. But overall only issue.
Also cute design.
Also great prices I hope they dont raise them. Maybe in the future they can get better table, or maybe the tables are worn down because of many clients?
All the issues are really minimal nothing really to complain about. Really flavourful nothing overtly spicy. I hate when spicy covers tastes but this is perfect balance.
Perfect for cold weather. I really hope they get a location in mtl instead of just southshore. Also maybe add a wheelchair small ramp (like wooden thing)
The perfect remedy on a cold day! Always have a great experience at this restaurant - my family & I will drive all the way to Brossard to eat there because their hand pulled noodles are that good! I recommend the homemade braised beef noodles. You can customize your noodles & also the ingredients in your bowl.

I've been to KungFu Noodle before a few times & knew that on a cold day like today this would hit the spot! The place is located in a small neighborhood mall & has really easy parking access. It's clean, the tables are a tad on the small side but otherwise comfortable.
The star here is the hand-pulled noodles. You can choose from a variety of noodle dishes & select your preferred thickness, with a handy reference on one of the walls.
We were three & each ordered some braised beef soups. The broth is satisfying, flavourful. The beef is very tender & the noodles were just the right amount of tender but chewy.
Never got totally comfortable grabbing them with chopsticks but the effort is worth it. Part of the experience is the view of the person making the noodles fresh to order & the sound of the twist & snap can at times make you jump when you aren't expecting it but it's fun to watch. A lunch spot that never disappoints!
I decided to visit this restaurant on a Monday around 2 pm, The restaurant is clean & classic. The staff is friendly & welcoming. The food was not only incredibly delicious but also remarkably fresh. The flavors were well-balanced, & the quality of the ingredients shone through in every bite. While there are many ramen restaurants out there in brossard, this one stands out as a must-try & best-love !
J'y vais régulièrement & je suis toujours super satisfait. C'est savoureux. Le staff est gentil & c'est généreux. Un de mes spots préférés sur la rive sud.
