While you're certainly entitled to your opinion, I encourage you to offer constructive feedback rather than creating an inaccurate narrative. In all the times I've visited, I've never been asked to pay cash to avoid taxes. As for the young child working there, it's refreshing to see families involved in their business. Food was great . Love the fact that the noodles are made on sight:) service impeccable. Only downside was how freezing the place was ( we kept our jackets the entire time) & it would had be nice if they add tea in the menu . But server was nice to offer hot water to drink .
