"I don't know why a Lanzhou ramen restaurant doesn't have air conditioning. There is only one small fan in the whole restaurant. On a 30-degree day, the indoor temperature is hotter than the outdoor temperature. The service staff is good, but the boss seems to be very stingy and doesn't want to turn on the air conditioning. Even the water is not ice..."
