We take so much pride in our food – that’s why we brag about it. We grind top quality fresh beef daily on site and sometimes twice a day. We order local ingredients and we make almost everything in house from our fresh-cut French fries, homemade sauces, house sodas, shakes, house beer and our handcrafted, signature cocktails. We don’t believe that much in traditional advertising. We believe that our food will speak for itself, and every customer will leave here advertising for us. We measure our success on creating delighted customers.

as we shared it was our first time at your bistro. from the moment we arrived Josianne welcomed us with a smile immediately which i appreciate. then Jean-Charles took excellent care of us. just enough just at the right time coming to our table. i like that you have prosecco as i love bubbles. the food was honest & yum. & seeing the owner Guillaume (sorry if it is not the right name) being on the floor made us feel re-assured. & being knowledgeable about his food makes it re-assuring. we have 2 sons that are trained chefs. we know how hard this business is whether it is a 5 stars or an honest bistro. if front of the house is good. it inspire us to trust the back of the house. all about teamwork & we felt it. that is what we experienced at your bistro. a big thank you for making our first time enjoyable. we are coming back next week! Si je pourrais donner plus d etoiles je le ferais service hors paire de la part de toute le personnel & des cuisiniers. Bouffe debile & decor super!!! Set pas dur de.se forcer & de donner du bon service & faire de la bonne bouffe felicitation a tous & au proprietaire merci
