For some reason the food at this branch has dropped in quality , I'm sure they reheat some of their meat or leave the meat out of the freezer/fridge for a long time. They were out of grilled chicken too & we had to order fried chicken that had no chicken taste whatsoever

It's sad because I love this place but next time I'm going to a different branch

Poutine is very liquidity & the double cheese burger was quite dry. Service was fast, but they were too fast with the bill once they took away our plates. My wife's burger was good though- the issue is more the poutine . Disappointed

Service is spotty. The kitchen staff are great. Servers are slow to clean/clear tables for the next clients. I had to do the table myself in order to sit down . It used to be much better.

Best burgers, lovely staff, excellent vibes! Great children's menu, too - so everyone was happy! (9-year-old insists it's better than MacDonalds, lol - which I don't hesitate to agree with!) Open late! (great if you're jet lagged!)
