Notre-Boeuf-de-Grâce specializes in premium, thick-pressed beef patties served on artisanal brioche buns crafted by local bakers. The menu emphasizes decadent comfort food, featuring creative burger builds loaded with diverse toppings, melted cheeses, and signature house-made sauces. Patrons find an extensive selection of poutine varieties that elevate the classic Canadian staple with toppings like pulled pork, brisket, or crispy bacon bits. Every burger is cooked to specific temperatures to ensure optimal juiciness and flavor profile balance for the patty. The environment focuses on a high-energy, casual atmosphere where food quality remains the central priority. This establishment prioritizes bold culinary combinations that push the boundaries of traditional burger culture while maintaining a commitment to sourcing hearty ingredients for every plate served across the menu offerings.
Notre-Boeuf-de-Grâce is frequently praised for its delicious, high-quality burgers and variety of menu options, including tasty brunch items and inclusive choices for those with dietary restrictions. While many patrons highlight the friendly, attentive, and professional service, others report inconsistent experiences ranging from long wait times to occasional issues with food preparation and delivery quality. The atmosphere is generally considered welcoming and great for groups or casual outings, with many appreciating the pleasant outdoor seating, though a few visitors feel the pricing is high for the overall experience. Despite mixed feedback on consistency, the restaurant remains a popular neighbourhood choice for many who value the flavourful, fresh ingredients and the vibrant, social environment.
Ordered four burgers, two beef & two vegetarian. We requested that the boxes be labeled, but they weren't.
The meat burgers looked decadent, but the two non-meat options were sad by comparison & their flavour was severely lacking.
The non-meat burger meals came about half as many fries as the non-meat options. It's felt to me like this meat-centric restaurant doesn't like vegetarians.
With all the delivery fees & such, a basic burger & fries came to 30$ !?!?!? I would have been far more satisfies with an A&W Beyond Meat burger.
I do not reccomended this restaurant for vegetarians
Where do I even begin, when it comes to my love of this incredible burger establishment? This review was prompted by a really negative experience with another burger joint, last night. I figured, if I can take the time to dissect Obvious burger, & detail all of the reasons why their eatery should be absolutely ashamed of what they dare to pass off as "meat", I can certainly spare 15-20 minutes, to gush a moment, about the masters of the food industry, who actually bother to do their jobs (& their customers) right. This place is definitely not cheap, & its no wonder why- there is absolutely no hint of any compromise on quality, at Notre Boeuf De Grace. Without a doubt, you will get exactly what you pay for, as-advertised (perfect & pink in the middle, everytime) & worth every penny you pay. I've never experienced a burger in Montréal quite like NBDG, before or since. I easily consider these guys the undisputed champions among burger chains in Montréal (with an honorable mention to 5 Guys, who sadly are no longer in my delivery area!). Notre Boeuf's sandwiches are cooked with attentive, loving, & discriminating perfection; they manage to deliver extremely impressive meals, with the consistency & reliability of familiar fast food eateries, & the decadent, outstanding quality that you'd expect, from the bill that will accompany your 5? sandwich. If you have the money to spare, it's a worthwhile & rewarding treat. I've never, ever been disappointed by NBDG, not delivery, take-out or eat-in (& I've done all three). This place will always be the first restaurant that comes to mind, when money is no object & I'm craving some genuine, real comfort food. As long as the quality remains unchanged, I will be a loyal customer, for the foreseeable future. My hat goes off to these guys, they provide a special, memorable, & unarguably celebrated staple among dining experiences on this Island, & no Foodie Tour of MTL could ever be considered complete or well-rounded, without paying a visit to any Notre Boeuf de Grace location; a superior & unparalleled must-try!

If you want to have crazy & crappy loud "music" to give you a head ache & bad digestion, you can enjoy this place! You can not even have piece & quiet to have a sh$it in the toilet area!! No garbage can either as to dispose of any spoiled items, tampons included! This is unsanitary & insane like the whole atmosphere & dining area! They should learn about sanitary knowledge instead of having a party in a working place where people go to eat & relaxe. The Woke & ignorant generation who knows nothing about SERVICE & MANNERS who wants a 20% tip should learn a few more things & read LOTS OF BOOKS. LOL The food is just OK. I guess I will continue eating home with my organic food & relaxed ambiance. Ambiance IS NOT NOISE but rather a WARM & RELAXED ATMOSPHERE WHERE ONE CAN ENJOY IT'S MEAL & ENVIRONMENT. NO, THANKS, I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.
hi. the servers were friendly & pleasant.........the fries were not good ,just soft .not crispy no flavour...,prices very expensive for hamburgers & fries,,,,for 2 52$ dollars.....will not return for a second visit.
I had to change my awesome review to a crappy one because service is royally screwed up here. This is my 3rd visit here & the service is just disgusting. The food was mediocre today. The waitress was lost & it wasn't superbly packed so there is no excuse. We were starving so we ate it but we definitely were left extremely unsatisfied. We live close by & it's sad to say, we won't be going back. If you don't mind slow service, go here. If not, get ready for a huge disappointment.
