The burgers were juicy & flavourful, the wait staff were attentive, the atmosphere couldn't be beat!

Honestly, the service was extremely slow & disappointing. Once our meals arrived, nobody came back to check if everything was okay. We needed simple things like napkins, salt, etc., but couldn't get anyone's attention.

The worst part was at the end of the meal. We had been completely finished for about 23 minutes, with empty plates & empty drinks sitting on the table, & nobody came to check on us or clear anything. Servers walked by multiple times, saw the table, & seemed to look the other way.

I understand restaurants can get busy, but checking on your customers is a basic part of service. Watching staff chatting while customers are sitting there waiting makes the experience even more frustrating.

Honestly, I've never experienced service quite like this before. Less chatting & a little more attention to the customers, please.

Quite honestly I wish we could mark it 0 stars.
Burger was undercooked raw meat, only ate one bite & left the burger there , the tomatoes were muchy not fresh at all it made the bread soggy , the fries were good that's about it. The price was way too expensive,
For the service no one came to see us to ask if everything was okay they waited untill we were ready to leave. Do not recommend & will not go again !! It was 66$ that we will not be getting back for garbage food , we would of ate better at McDonald's or a&w.

Lovely place, cool vibe that felt very 2SLGBTQ+ inclusive. Some music on in the background. Easy for vegans to est here. Wheelchair accessible entrance.

Made a reservation for 6 people, when we showed up on time. They let us know that their systems had a'mishap' & our table was not booked & was in fact taken.

Then they had to send the manager to tell us that we won't be able to get seated; & that we had to wait for 30 minutes if we wanted to. when we asked for compensation; the manager just kept repeating the same things that he previously told us without further explanation. Do not recommend

Although accessible, the bathrooms are downstairs & the entrance for a wheekchair is a little sketchy, otherwise wonderful experience, staff & food :)
