Nous avons commandé chez Notre-Boeuf-de-Grâce à Longueuil & notre sandwich ressemblait à ceci.

On se donne donc la peine de reprendre la voiture & de ramener le sandwich sur place, après avoir appelé & s'être fait dire que le gérant n'était pas là.

Rendus sur place, surprise : le gérant est bel & bien là. Un vieux bonhomme avec une tuque qui essaie visiblement de se donner un air cool, assis au bar avec sa blonde, en train de manger & de boire sa pinte de bière.

On lui montre le sandwich &, plutôt que de simplement régler le problème, il nous répond que « ça ne se fait pas » de retourner de la nourriture & de venir le déranger pendant qu'il mange. Puis il nous ignore complètement.

Sérieusement?

Un mauvais sandwich, ça arrive. Mais reprendre la voiture pour permettre au restaurant de corriger la situation & se faire recevoir comme si nous étions le problème parce qu'on dérange le gérant pendant sa bière, c'est assez exceptionnel comme service à la clientèle.

Nous ne remettrons certainement pas les pieds là.

The burger was tasty & the sauce was great, but the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. The bun was low-quality & flavorless, which took away from the overall meal. The restaurant was also very hot due to a lack of working AC & was quite loud. To make matters worse, the tables & chairs felt sticky to the touch, which wasn't very pleasant. Honestly, I felt sorry for the staff, who were very nice & attentive, working in such conditions. It's a mid-range price, but unfortunately, the comfort & environment didn't match the quality of the service.

Lukewarm burger served with a slice of cold unmelted cheese. Avoid....only great thing is the patio. I was tempted to send the burger back & ask them to at least melt the cheese but I got worried she might call the language police on me!
