J'ai commandé une bière & un burger. J'ai reçu la mauvaise bière & le mauvais burger.
Vu qu'il se sont dépêcher de me préparer la bonne commande, le boeuf etait mal cuit & le bacon aussi.
Leur machine de paiement par carte ne répond pas aux lois. Parmis les choix de pourcentage pour le pourboire, 18% est le plus petit.
The service is horrible! The cook was making a poutine & pushing it in the plate with his hands & then licking his fingers. I ordered smash burgers. The burgers were anything but smashed & tasted horrible! The bacon was not cooked. The fries were burnt. The owners only ones waiting on tables, stacked dirty dishes on the bar. Overall horrible! Stay away

Très triste j'ai essayé d'y aller plusieurs fois mais c'est de pire en pire, arriver a 18h45 j'ai manger a 20h & le restaurant n'était pas pleins.
J'ai commandé un smash burger, qui n'etait pas smash, meme pas sur que la boulette etait vraiment 3oz froid, pas fondu, on oubliez beaucoup de choses en plus du temps que ca prend recevoir quelques chose.
Entrée sont arrivés en meme temps que les plats 30 minutes après avoir commander.
Très ordinaire pour les prix, vraiment dommage, parce que les gens y sont sympathique mais trop chargé & très peu d'employés (2) pour tout le restaurant.
Il m'a proposé de m'en refaire un autres, mais es revenue 20 minutes plus tard avec seulement une boulette de viande plus petite que la première & du fromage fondu dessus. Rendu la mon pain n'était plus mangeable.
Je vais joindre une photo de ce a quoi ressemble les smash au autres succursales & le miens, vous pouvez deviner lequel était le miens.
I decided to order from this place for the first time on doordash & am SUPER disappointed. First of all, the milkshake was horrible & had no flavour. It felt like I was drinking cold water with oreos inside. The poutine I received is microscopic even though I ordered a large. Not to mention the fries came super burnt & the cheese used is low quality. The worst of all was the burger. Complete mess, low quality ingredients, & the beef was dry as a bone. I will NEVER order from this place again. Horrible restaurant, I honestly hope this place closes down!
It's tricky to find new places to eat when you are in a different city. Burger restaurants are usually a safe bet. Well, this one is a very safe bet.
We ordered 2 different burgers with fries & decided to share. What a great idea. Burgers are easy to cut in half
This way, we got to try different ones; like sliders. Burger 1 was the Holy Swiss, & Burger 2 was the Divine Inspiration. One was not better than the other. They were both amazing. The beef patties were perfectly cooked, & the bun held all the toppings together . OMG the fries. What can I say? Home cut. Not frozen. I needed more.
Maybe because it was past the lunch hour when we arrived, but it was a bit quiet. It's the type of place, with its fun decor, that needs a fun crowd . You have to try this restaurant chain.
With its 13 locations, you are sure to find one near you.
But remember they are a franchise & not all are the same.
April 2026 - not all locations have the same quality or the same ability to make great burgers. The location in the West Island of Montreal is a great one. The location in Ville Saint Laurent is also a great location. The one in Laval off the highway 13, is definitely not a great location. I just ate there for lunch today the service was good, but the burger was..... I can barely see it. I always eat the same David's burger & all locations. & this one was really not good. Even the fries were soggy & Droopy not crispy. & no one was in the restaurant but us. I definitely won't go back to this particular location.
Franchement, grosse déception. L'ambiance du restaurant était vraiment bizarre, presque inconfortable. La musique était mal choisie & trop forte par moments, puis soudainement trop basse ça cassait complètement l'expérience. On ne se sentait pas à l'aise, comme si le lieu manquait d'énergie ou de cohérence.
Certes Les burger étaient plus ou moins bons.
Le'Fish & chips' tant qu'a lui étaient dur😵?💫 troublant comme expérience essayerait vous de manger du carton panné?
Côté service, c'était encore pire. Le personnel semblait désorganisé & peu attentif. On a attendu longtemps avant même d'être pris en charge, puis encore plus longtemps pour recevoir nos plats. À plusieurs reprises, on avait l'impression d'être oubliés.
Bref, entre l'ambiance ratée & le service lent & médiocre, ça ne donne vraiment pas envie de revenir.
Quel dommage. J'avais tellement eu une belle expérience par le passé dans une autre succursale. Déjà un soir de Hockey c'était louche que le resto soit à moitié vide surtout que je venais de me faire retourner de bord à la succursale du carrefour car ils étaient à pleine capacité. 83$ pour deux hamburgers & deux boissons gazeuses, des tots trop cuits, & une petite portion de frite. On s'entend c'était correct mais pas l'expérience dont je me rappelais. Je pense aussi qu'en cuisine ils ont confondu le genre de boulettes pour un smash burger. Au lieu des deux boulettes fines nous on avons eu deux demi boulettes épaisses. Le service était correct mais très impersonnel. Le temps d'attente était toutefois correct pour recevoir la nourriture. Je ne retournerai plus à cette succursale & je risque d'attendre avant d'en visiter une autre. Dommage.

Ordered off uber & you guys should be ashamed of the product you sent out. Ordered 2 double smash burgers & got 2 single with meat that looked like it was scraped from the grease trap. No sauce & ice cold, i dont expect piping hot when i order delivery but i also dont expect it to be ice cold. 10$ for fries & you fill 1/4 of the small bag & also ice cold. The salad that we ordered with extra chicken had a half chewed up piece of chicken in it & avocado so black you could pave the road with it. Really not impressed. Im in the resto business & i can understand a small screw up but this was 80$ thrown in the garbage. Zero quality. & if the excuse is that its busy because of the holiday season then everything should be fresh since youre going through it so fast. To summarize, horrible quality & you should be ashamed to send out food like that.
Came for lunch on the terasse. Had a couple of drinks & chicken Ceasar salad with chicken today that was excellent. Usually, we have burgers that are also really delicious. Great place to go eat hood food & to enjoy outside seating on a beautiful day. Easily accessible & lots of parking.

Ca vaut vraiment pas le detour, même si tu passe juste en avant. Un burger avec du pain froid & la viande vraiment trop cuite. C'était pas mal sec. Les mixte dans les burgers sont ben ordinaires. Pourquoi les condiments font partie des differents choix de burger dans le memu. On devrait les choisir nous même.
Très belle place avec un personnel très gentil aussi les Burger sont juste exceptionnels & très bon avec beaucoup variété !! J'ai adorer ambiance & je recommande vivement si vouvoulez manger un bon Burger !
