Noble Café apparaît comme un petit endroit charmant avec un personnel sympathique, une terrasse agréable et une offre de café variée comprenant l'affogato, les flotteurs et un mochaccino réussi, mais certains lattes ont été jugés chers ou au goût étrange et les espresso ont parfois une amertume prononcée, pourtant l'ambiance conviviale et le cadre de quartier séduisent, tout comme le service attentif, même si l'intérieur n'offre pas beaucoup de places.
I went there for a simple Italian style breakfast with croissant & espresso. Croissant was spotless; buttery & delicious! The espresso unfortunately was rancid (quite common in North America). Overall a very nice spot!
What brought me here before I came regularly is the vibe - super Plateau in the best way possible! The Ethiopian cold brew using Escape beans was one of the best cold brews I've had. But what makes me return once a week is their crème molle (not a flotteur, just straight soft serve)! The best taste at the best price in the whole city for a classic crème à la vanille in my opinion. Bravo équipe Noble!

Cozy little nook, steps away from The laurier metro. The affogato was so Good (they use soft serve) . Service was good & fast . Since its summer they have quite a few tables outside & we grabbed one. Rien à redire
The coffee & drinks are fine. Pastries are good. I appreciate the points, that's very unique, & I think it's a nice gesture. I do understand the coffee shop is grab & go & can't have ppl waiting inside for their order. I do find that some exceptions can be made, for example a family with a baby. Today it was rainy & pretty windy. We ordered & were waiting on the side, not in the way of other customers & we were told to wait outside with the baby. No apologies, no explanation. I get it, the barista looked young & may not have children, so she may not understand, but her way of telling us to wait outside was cold & uncaring... I get its a small space & there was people waiting, but we were not in the way & had our baby with us in arms.
