"The service and atmosphere were beautiful. I wish the Chef were a little more flexible to adapt to their guests' preferences. I had to let go of my first choice as the main menu, "lomo saltado," because it was impossible to have it without the egg. And my final choice, the anticuchado pork, was tasty, but with the rice being cold instead of hot,..."
