We've been to Nid a couple times with my toddler & besides the great food & coffee as all the other reviewers say, the biggest thing that stood out to us was the friendly & warm service. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing cafe sandwich shop. The place is super cozy, clean, with great atmosphere. The food is superb at every level. You can taste the freshness with every bite. The sandwiches are a good portion too & the coffee is amazing. Lastly, the customer service is excellent & will definitely come again.

Monkland has always had plenty of great food options, but this particular place is truly outstanding. Finding a genuinely great sandwich isn't easy, but Nid has mastered it. Their soft, fresh bread combined with high-quality meats & fresh vegetables makes every sandwich delicious. They also offer a selection of sweets, which is a nice bonus. I always come here to treat myself to one of their sandwiches. I highly recommend their hot sandwiches, but everything on the menu is just as good.

i went in to get a coffee & the worker (i'm guessing he's the owner) told me it will be a 15 min wait. after 15 mins he came to give me my coffee & wanted to give it for free with a croissant. he was so nice & kept apologizing for the wait. the croissant was delicious & buttery & the cappuccino was good but nothing too special. but this was the best service i ever got
