Je viens de faire une très mauvaise expérience chez Nickels de laval il font un spécial 2e repas a .5 cent & il faut prendre les 2 repas identiques & si il y a des restant ONT NE PEUT LES RAMENER A LA MAISON par les temps qui courent comment peut on penser comme ça !!!

They're not ready to receive big reservations, had only one guy for more than 20 people, make a lot of mistakes with the orders, the food for the price is expensive, anyways just hire more people it tooks us almost 2 hrs to get pur food ready!

Très mauvaise experience pour un dinner a 4 personnes.
La serveuse a bien mal commencer en levant les yeux au ciel quand nous avons gentiment demander une banquette.20 min avant de recevoir les verres d'eau & nous a encore roulé les yeux au ckel quand ma collegue a demander le menu dejeuner au lieu de dinner.Elle est revenu un bon 15 min plus tard prendre notre commande .Il ny avait pas d'eau petillante,nous avons eu nos salade entré en meme temps que nos repas froid,pas tiède froid.Nous avions commander le wrap cajun & avons eu le wrap normal.Ma colegue a eu des oeuf benedictine avec le jaune entierement cuit.Aussi elle avait oublier nos liqueurs.
Durant ce temps un travailleur est monter en pied de bas sur la table a cogé pour changer une ampoule au plafond & n'a pas nettoyer la tab'e avant de la donner a un nouveau client.
On aurait dit une blague.
Jai appeller pour parler au gerant mais il n est pas disponoble car il fait des choses dans son bureau.

Smokemeat & frites délicieux ! Par contre, le service était ordinaire, le resto était vide, la salade de choux pas de goût, le prix vs la portion élevé. (Quand on rentre ça sens la cigarette). Nickels en a trop perdu, je ne crois pas y retourner...

Restaurant moyen. La poutine Nickel est un peu trop salée & le format serait l'équivalent à un petit format d'un casse-croûte. L'assiette de démi côtes levées était petit & la viande était sèche. Le service est aussi à améliorer: on s'est senti pressé à commander alors que le restaurant était presque vide.

They forgot something in my order & then when I called them to tell them they argued with me telling me I didn't remind them. I never new that when you take an order your supposed to remind them what to put in the bag as part of your order . Makes no sense
