Went there with my girlfriend & had the cheeseburger. Halfway through my meal I realized the cook forgot to put the cheese. I told the waitress Alexandra she was very apologetic & I think the manger came out & apologized & said next time I should say something before. The price of the final bill was adjusted. No coffee or dessert was offered on the house.

Went with my wife at Nickels in laval today, & the result was EXTREMELY GOOD. Nathalie took care of us from the time we walked in till the end. Food is delicious especially the fries. Smokemeat JUMPBO sandwich was also very good. But to everyone that goes to this restaurant strongly recommend the Celine delicious dessert unbelievable how good it is. Everyone should try this restaurant in laval.

J'ai commandé le pizza-gheti, c'était très bon mais...les portions onts beaucoup rappetissée depuis la dernière fois que j'ai souper au Nickels, c'était a peine assez pour me remplir tandis que dans le passé j'avais de la misère a finir mon assiette. Aussi le service était très lent & la serveuse passais pas souvent. Aussi c'était l'anniversaire d'un de notre groupe & ils onts jamsis chanté le bonne fête. Aussi on as j'amsis eu nos desserts puisqu'ils nous onts spporter la facture sans nous demander si on voulais du dessert. Je donne quand même 5 étoiles puisque c'était évident qu'ils etait en manque d'employés mais c'est déplorable qu'il ai fallu que j'aille au Fu Lam me ramasser un poulet General Tao pour me remplir le petit creux qu'il me restait.
