We walked out of the dining room twice in the last month. We were seated at a table both times, but after 20 + minutes we still hadn't had anyone take our order. During our wait, multiple employees either looked at us or walked by us....but no service. Both times we went to eat elsewhere.

Luckily the food is still good. On a Monday night at 5 pm. The place was empty & it looks like it hasn't been renovated since 1999.
The service was ok.
Not very inviting , they shouldn't rely on the Nickels brand to keep clients. There are so many other places out there that are working harder for your money.

Il n'y a pas personne qui contrôle le personnel car c'était tout mêler dans place. J'ai commander un hamburger avec frite , après 30 minutes j'avais rien reçu & les gens qui entrait , il recevait leur lunch avant moi . Jai mentionner a mon serveur & il est aller voir en cuisine mais revenu avec rien car il lui on dit 2 a 3 minutes , au bout de 10 minutes plus tard j'ai finalement reçu. Mon serveur était gentil . Le pire c'est que ce n'était pas la première fois mais une chose est sur c'était ma dernière. 🤬

J'attend devans la porte. Personne ne m'accueille pendant de longues minutes. Aucun contact visuel. Je dois me mettre dand le chemin pour que quelqu'un me demande si on m'a repondu. Ont me tent un menu en me pointant le fond de la salle en me disant qu'il y a une banquette de disponible sans me guider n'y m'escorter. Jusque-là zéro chaleureux.

Je feuillette le menu, lorsque la personne arrive pour prendre ma commande aucun bonjour, aucune formule de politesse. Un « tu as fait un choix? » en prenant mon menu, & s'éloignant deja avant meme que je n'ai fini de mentionner ce que j'aimerai prendre. Comme le menu avait déjà été ramassé, je ne savais même pas exactement le nom de la salade que je voulais prendre.

J'arrive approximativement à dire le nom, je n'ai même pas le temps de dire que je prendrai un breuvage que la personne est deja partie. Zero interet, zéro sourire, zéro formule de politesse. Je ne crois pas qu'on m'a déjà traité avec autant de dédain dans un restaurant.

Finalement je me suis levé & j'ai quitté les avisant d'annuler ma commande.

Endroit nostalgique, besoin d'un peu d'amour. Le service est bon, les serveuses très gentilles & la bouffe est bonne.
