The server was very good & provided kind, attentive service. Unfortunately, the manager, GEORGE, was ungracious & handled a situation poorly.

There is an appropriate way to speak to customers, & his approach was very unprofessional. I would highly recommend reviewing who is managing your restaurant, because one poor management interaction can overshadow an otherwise good experience.

This was not the first time this manager showed a very unkind quality, & sometimes you simply have to speak up.

We live just 5 min away & the place is just convenient but service is always very slow & just don t care! never ask you to fill your coffee cup, asked 3 times for water! waited again 30 min just for a coffee… will go somewhere else next time!it' s just getting ridiculous!

Find another recipe for your spaghetti!! Not sure why the recipe changed so terribly but the spaghetti sauce is bitter & bland!! It's definitely a NO for me!

Ils ont rénové donc l'ambiance était un peu mieux qu'à ma dernière visite. La bouffe n'est jamais extraordinaire mais on voulait un smokedmeat... c'était 7/10 mettons. Nos frites étaient très ( voir trop) cuites. Des clients étaient particulièrement bruyant. C'était bof

Serveuse Tissa !!!!! Service vraiment désagréable à l'entrée la serveuse m'a mis le menu dans les mains & m'a dit va t'assoir au banquette du bar…. Quelques minutes on passer avant de venir prendre la commande j'avais un menu régulier & je voulais déjeuner ce qui sembla la déranger aucun sourire aucune façon… par
La suite plusieurs minute avant de recevoir mon café qu'elle apporta en même temps que le repas .. aucun bon appétit aucun suivi & aucun réchaud de café … au moment de payer je l'ai en argent pas de monnaie elle
Du aller demander à sa collègue & elle resta devant la table pour recevoir son pourboire ce que vu n'arriva pas … je suis moi-même serveuse depuis 25 ans & jamais je ne laisse aucun pourboire mais la cetais vraiment pas agréable comme service !

C'est le pire restaurant que j'ai été a date dans ma vie. La nourritures gateau au fromage moisi & un smash Burger qui est un Burger ordinaire mais sec.
