Pour le prix, les portions étaient ridicules. Les légumes en " side " étaient bouillis, aucun assaisonnement & on quand même prit la peine de mal les faire bouillir. Vraiment l'un des restaurant les plus médiocre que j'ai été. Bon service mais comme la nourriture, très fade. Une impression que le but du resto était de créer une ambiance rétro mais à plutôt l'aire d'une patate a Monique. Beaucoup de potentiel mais la prochaine fois, je vais aller à côté attraper un empoisonnement alimentaire. Au moins, j'aurai le goût de vomir pour une bonne raison.

le service était excellent & la nourriture aussi.Le commentaire négatif est le suivant: la facture est de 11.48. je donne un 20,00. la serveuse dit: c'est complet? 8,50 de pourboire sur 11:50, c'est unpeu élevé non? La serveuse devrait donner la monnaie & le client donnerait ce qu'il veut, cà serait plus adéquat.. Merci de votre attention.

We visited the Nickels on Courbusier for a Father's day dinner. We were a party of 9 , we were seated quickly then forgotten for about 20 minutes. I had to flag a waitress down to advise her that we would like to order. The waitress seemed overwhelmed but was able to take our order with minor difficulty. I ordered the 1/4 chicken breast .

Once my plate arrived, it looked less than appetizing, but not wanting to make a scene I tried it. The breast was completely dry & rubbery. The breast was at least 4 hours old & barely warm. Overall a horrible eating experience & my last time at ANY Nickels locations ever.

J'ai mangé (& laissé) un smoked meat, qui ne ressemblait en rien au smoked meat d'autrefois.
Peu goûteux, texture d'eau etc.
Un autre convive avait pris filet mignon (plutôt un surlonge...), saignant mais est arrivé bien cuit.
& visite aux toilettes, dans la demi-heure.
D'autres ont pris le fish & chip, très pané mais tolérable.
Deuxième mauvaise expérience, fini pour nous cet endroit.

Si vous voulez aller à Nickels, allez dans celui de Chomedey (& non dans celui de Saint-Laurent, yark!). La nourriture est délicieuse & le service, très sympathique. Mon linguini aux crevettes était alléchant & le gâteau Céline, succulent. :P
