Chill place to hang out, friendly staff, great atmosphere (especially on hockey nights). Food's decent, bartenders make great cocktails (cannot recommend the Gabe Deluxe enough, especially on a hot summer day).

This place is an absolute embarrassment to the word'restaurant.' From the moment the food arrived, it was obvious there is zero competence, care, or respect for customers. The food was cheap, poorly cooked, & completely lifeless - borderline inedible & clearly thrown together without any pride.
The service somehow managed to be even worse. Staff were rude, dismissive, & shockingly unprofessional. When we mentioned the excessive wait time, the response we got was:'If you want fast food, go to McDonald's.' That single comment perfectly sums up the attitude here - arrogant, disrespectful, & clueless about basic customer service.
Waiting that long for food this bad is insulting. Complaints were brushed off with attitude, & no effort was made to fix anything. The prices are laughable for the quality you get - it feels like a straight-up ripoff.
This restaurant doesn't deserve customers, good reviews, or a second chance. Save your time, save your money, & eat literally anywhere else. I will never return.

Without exaggeration, this was the worst dining experience I've had in Canada.
The food took over an hour to arrive, & the server's attitude was extremely rude & disrespectful.
When we complained about the delay, instead of apologizing, we were told:
'If you want fast food, go to McDonald's.'
This level of unprofessionalism & disrespect toward customers is shocking.
I absolutely do not recommend this place & will never return.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We waited for approximately one hour for our food, during which the waiter's behavior was unprofessional, inattentive, & at times disrespectful.
When the food finally arrived, it was overpriced for the portion size, & the quality of the meat was not satisfactory. After finishing our meal, the card payment machine was placed on the table without any explanation, & the waiter walked away. As a result, the payment was completed manually. Despite this, we were initially accused of not having paid, & then confronted in a demanding & rude manner, being told that we should not have paid that way.
As we were leaving, the manager approached us & claimed-based on the waiter's statement-that we had been rude & had laughed at him, which was completely untrue. We were simply minding our own business. When we raised our concern about the one-hour wait for a single burger, we were told, in a highly unprofessional response, that'if you want fast food, you should go to McDonald's.'
This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially considering the pricing & expectations set by the restaurant. Serious improvements are needed in staff training, customer communication, & overall management

Small bar with seats, nice atmosphere, & amazing staff!! The food overall I'd rate a 7/10.
Now, why 7? Like they say - happy wife, happy life!
First mistake: in my wife's wrap, I asked for no bacon, but there was bacon. Then, their habanero wings - I'd give them a 7/10 too. I eat spicy food, but they didn't ask if I wanted the sauce mixed with the wings or on the side - it came tossed in the sauce.
As for the calamari, it tasted like the frozen kind dropped in oil - 3/10.
Drinks were a solid 10/10!!
Staff were also 10/10!!

Food was expensive for what it was. Smallest plate of calamari & like three bacon crumbs in my caesar salad. Also our waiter was extrememly rude. We were being rushed even though the bar was mostly empty. Even rolled his eyes at us. If I hadn't got drinks from the bartenders (who were super nice), I wouldn't have tipped at all.

Went for the 1$ wings Sunday special. Not only were they delicious, but they came fast too. There's a good variety of flavours to pick from. You can choose from 6, 12, 18 & 24 I think so you can taste a bit of everything. Our waiter was really cool & checked on us often to see if we needed more wings or drinks. Our empty plates were taken from the tables quickly as well. The vibe of the bar is great. They have a good selection of beer. TV's around the bar so you can watch the game while you're there. Washrooms were clean. Definitely will be back!! I love this place!

If you're ever in Montreal there is only one place I ever go out to eat there.
Next door pub & grill !! My good buddy Rick VanRichard owns it. They have the kindest staff who pay attention to all details. The food. Man the food is out of this world!!!! Next door is the place we go from Toronto for the poutine!! Real screaming cheese curds & delicious homemade gravy !! The party plate appy was also good but thr star was the smash burger. I've eaten a lot of burgers in my life & this was by far the best I ever had
Keep up the good work Rick & staff. Can't wait for our next trip to Montreal just to be able to eat here
