I had a mixed experience. The food was delicious & the prices were reasonable, but the service was disappointing. Our server seemed overwhelmed & it took a long time to place our orders, receive our food, & get the check. The wait was excessive & it felt like we were neglected for parts of the meal. While the food was tasty & the prices were fair, the slow & inattentive service detracted from our overall experience. With some improvements in service, this restaurant could be a great option, but for now, I would caution others to be prepared for a wait.View more
A colleague from Russia strongly recommended me to come to Nevski, as the cuisine & ambiance are authentic Russian. I really enjoyed the cheeseboat (spinach & peppers), borscht, & multi-layered cake. The waiters were very attentive & most helpful in guiding me as to the best dishes to sample. The mule (with ginger beer & mint) was so refreshing! I look forward to returning soon!View more
The atmosphere is great, stuff is really lovely. The only thing is that it's not traditional Eastern Eu cuisine, it's with Canadian vibe. But it was good tho, not expensive. Would come here again for sure, cocktails are amazing. 😊View more

Mikhail gave us the best service! Raise this guy. The food is like at home . Thank you!View more
I came here recently & it was a very surprising location as it is not on a very well walked path in the city. But I'm glad I came here. The atmosphere is fantastic with dimly lit & somewhat more ambient lighting & excellent artistic pieces on the wall. The service was great & had a great variety of traditional foods & drinks. The prices were fairly comparable to other places in the city with no real drink or food specials mentioned. But the quality of the food & drinks were in my opinion. Very good. Our server was really attentive & helpful & I really enjoyed my experience there & would go back again.View more
View more
Nice ambiance & selection of botanical drinks! Will come back to try their food.View more
Really really good, flavourful food. The ambiance inside is dark & there are large tables that are perfect for groups. The cheeseboats are a must, as well as the dumplings.View more
Me & my partner were very excited to find a place that serves Khachapuri, it was very delicious as expected. We ordered 2 borscht , 2 khachapuri & a pitcher of mule. The mule was very good as well. The borscht was okay. We knew that since the location was in the old port it would be a little pricey but for 2 appetizers, 2 single portions of khachapuri & a pitcher of mule totalled 110$ before tip. The mule was expected price as cocktails in Montréal prices are on par, but 50$ for 2 soups & 2 khachapuri was a bit much, I also ordered the "saucy braised beef & pickle khachapuri" (18$) & it was more like beef bits sparsely covering the small cheese boat. It could have maybe came with a side portion of Russian salad or cabbage, since the size of the khachapuri is comparison to a large slice of pizza. Additionally we even decided to have dessert at home since the bill was already racked up. Unfortunately, We won't be going back.View more
Trendy atmosphere however surprisingly not packed for a Friday night. Our waiter was charming but forgetful, we did need to remind & correct him on a few of our orders. We ordered two different cheese boats, dumplings, salmon fish cakes & pirojki. The dough for the cheese boats & pirojki were like a soft pillowy cloud. All very small portions but delicious. That being said, I do believe this is really more of a bakery/home style cuisine & doesn't quite fit in a trendy atmosphere. To end the night we got the medovik slice of cake which was very different from anything i've ever tasted before! Our waiter did disappear at one point & we needed to ask two other waiters for our bill. Overall cute but wouldn't go back.View more
Nous y retournerons absolument 💯View more
Ordered takeout from here & was a bit disappointed as the portions were quite small. I got the meatball cheese boat & it was a bit too salty for my taste. The dough was well made though! Maybe will give it another shot & try dining in in person.View more
Quelle belle découverte que cet endroit ! Ambiance parfaite pour une soirée en amoureux. La nourriture est délicate & délicieuse. Les drinks très bons! Je recommande fortement !View more
If you're looking to enjoy both (Eastern European dishes & the house's cocktails) The mules "their speciality", you need to give Nevski a try, Lowkey place, behind the Morgan's Stanley Building. The atmosphere is great for (5 à 7) date nights or friends or family. Music is never too loud.View more
