Mucca blends honest cooking with standout meat, homemade pasta, and a warm, inviting atmosphere where service is attentive. The menu highlights the Fiorentina steak and other aged beef cuts, often cooked to perfection and paired with house made sides and a carefully curated wine list. Diners praise the quality of the ingredients, the skill in execution, and the thoughtful, no gimmicks approach that many feel makes the kitchen feel honest. The experience is described as cozy and welcoming, suitable for both special occasions and casual nights out, with consistent flavors, generous portions, and a sense that the menu is thoughtfully evolving rather than chasing trends.
The food was top quality. The Fiorentina steak was amazing so was the rib steak. Cooked to perfection if you like it just rare. Owner Karine was slightly flexible for me & had it cooked medium rare. The Fior di zucchini were delicious, the pasta vogole was to die for. Freshly made pasta thats a must! The tuna salad with fiddleheads was very good too. What a wonderful place to celebrate my birthday. Thank you Karine & Pasquale for your amazing cuisine & professional courteous service. Will definitely come back with my friends!
What a gem 👌🏻 We were a party of 6 & had the tasting menu, which essentially is little bit of the whole menu. Everything was fantastic! Delicious food - Great service & excellent wine selection. Can't wait to go back!
We had a great time at Mucca! Everything was delicious, they take care of every single detail, service was excellent as well, the waiter took the time to explain the menu because it was our first visit, even when the resto was packed, always with a great attitude. We had T-bone, porterhouse (alla Fiorentina), burrata, crudo di manzo, chocolate salami & tiramisù aux agrumes. We're definitely coming back!
This place was amazing. The experience you want from a place in little Italy. Corrine, was an absolute gem, & made us feel like part of her family. For us this is one of the best Italian places we have eaten since visiting Italy. You can taste their passion in what they produce, make sure you ask for the full Italian experience, you will be so full & happy. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
An easy recommendation! One of the very best spots in Montreal. Great atmosphere, top notch service & most importantly fantastic food. Home grown cuisine with an elevated twist. Just like nonna made it...but better! Do not miss this gem 💎 Big thank you to Karine & Pasquale
