Mucca offers a warm, inviting Italian steakhouse experience with attentive and knowledgeable service. Diners praise locally sourced ingredients, house made bread and gelato, and pasta crafted in house that delivers texture and flavor. Beef is the standout, featuring ribeye, tomahawk and T bone aged in house and cooked to order, while the pasta and other dishes are consistently described as delicious and well executed. Bien que les plats aient été servis rapidement, leur manque de goût & de diversité était navrant. Pour un menu dégustation, on s'attends à beaucoup mieux, surtout à ce prix! Salade de pommes de terre & crevettes insipide, gnocchis genre carbonara (encore des pommes de terre) & pommes de terre pilées avec la viande... Seul le boeuf était remarquable, bien que très (trop) salé. Le vin aussi était excellent, l'entrée de mozzarella de bufflonne servi de façon originale, mais peu goûteux & le dessert correct, mais rien de recherché. Aucune surprise, aucune découverte culinaire. De plus, le personnel en salle était la plupart du temps accoudé au comptoir à dévisager les clients; malaise! Bien que dans notre quartier, on ne pense pas y revenir.

One of many memorable evenings at Mucca, where the hospitality is just as wonderful as the food. Brought two friends who were visiting Montréal. confident that they would be delighted... & they were! Mucca is top of their list now, besides ours!
