On y est allés à 4 un soir & l'accueil était chaleureux ! Les beignets étaient croquants & chaud! On a pris un paquet de 12 (ce qui était assez pour 4 pour un petit dessert) & avec deux sauces : on a choisi cannelle & chocolat noisette que je recommande !
The puffs are delicious as always, but I was disappointed to see that the staff weren't wearing hairnets, beard nets, or gloves. It raises hygiene concerns, & it makes you feel like you have to inspect every bite. Cleanliness in food handling is important-I hope they take this seriously moving forward.
This place used to be great, but the quality has really gone downhill. It feels like they're cutting corners on both the sauce & the toppings.
Last summer, I ordered the Cookies n Cream puffs, & they didn't add the cookie crumbles on top. I assumed it was a one-time mistake since that had never happened before. However, when I ordered again tonight, my Hazelnut Biscotti puffs were missing the hazelnut topping.
I don't understand why they've stopped including the toppings that are supposed to come with the puffs, especially since they're still advertised that way. It's really disappointing, & unfortunately, I won't be coming back.
It's so unfair for rest of the Canada that this place is only in Quebec or I found in Quebec! It's so damn good! That all of Canadians & Canada deserve a store & food like this
